Check out Samsung Link in the Play Store. It syncs all the media files between your Galaxy devices.

Don't lie to upload it to their social media even though it's only visible to you

you've got 50GB of dropbox space. use it to autosync if you've got the bandwidth. it won't limit you to just samsung devices.

Couldn't get the mobile link thing to work. Typical crap Samsung software. The I realized that I can just enable upload automatically to Dropbox and see the same photos on all devices, provided I have internet access.
Only weakness of this is say when I'm travelling and take photos with my phone. Would be great to be able to look at the photos know a tablet screen on the airplane or at the airport. Hotel wireless is also usually extremely slow.

dropsync can auto sync just about any folder (except system - foldersync can do those). free version will do one folder.
Dropsync is excellent

I don't have two Samsung devices, so I don't know if it works or not, but I saw this app in the Samsung app store...Smart Switch Mobile.
Maybe, along with folder sync, etc, it might be what you're looking for.

If I want to use dropsync to sync gallery between android devices, where do I locate the "gallery" folder? I can't find it..........
Thanks,
Barb
There is no gallery folder. What's presented in gallery is the result from scanning your SD card, ignoring directories with a .nomedia file.
Your foto directory resides in your internal SD and is named DCIM.

I have been looking for an app that will upload/backup/sync my photos from my phone to an online storage folder. There are many that will sync from the cloud to my phone, but I cannot find any that allow uploading/syncing from my phone to the cloud.
Anyone know of any such app?
I would use dropbox. You can transfer things back and forth. Also any aosp ROM will let you sync photos to your picasa account. Hope this helps.

I forgot to state in the OP that I want to be able to do the sync/upload in bulk. With over 600 photos on my phone now, and the potential to add 50-100 a day when on vacation or at work, I can't upload each individual file, which is what the Dropbox app requires.
I've never had any luck with Picassa, but I'll try it.
I'm using photobucket. Auto upload and then I pull them off as a zip. Easy and in the background.

I use it too, but I don't sync tons of pictures so I don't know how it works when you do bulk uploads. Something to try I suppose...
Is it safe to remove this files from my device?, because there are a lot in the internal storage

I've deleted them with no noticeable effects. I'd like to know what keeps generating them.
Opened up one of those files with a text editor an it seams to be generated by the email app (not sure its gmail or the email one) but they do tend to make going through your internal storage a pain when you scroll through 30 of them >.<
thanks, my internal storage is full of those files (70 aprox.), it may be because i use mail app almost every day
I apparently just deleted 570...
The file is generated by the stock E-mail app and if you remove the plain email and exchange app and download a different one it will rectify the problem

If you use Google+, then instant upload works great. Dropbox also has its own camera upload feature. It'll upload all the pictures you currently have on your phone to your dropbox and will automatically upload new ones as you take them. Hope this helps!

Oh hmm I may have to make a drop box. Thanks

No problem!
I just use Google+ for my photo backups. I can delete them anytime I want. Plus if you ever have to reset your phone, your pics will show up in your gallery as soon as you sign in. Waay convenient.

I'd say dropbox is your best bet.
Why not just enable picasa in the gallery, or Google+? They both will automatically send your pics to the cloud. Even in real time as you take new photos.

I also suggest Google+ since it's integrated with your google account and (personal preference) I like having everything in one place. I've had some issues with dropbox sucking up network time like an bandwidth vampire.
As per title I would like to know why cliudagent eating up all my space on the internal memory. I used file explorer to see whats in there its all the pictures. But all my pictures actually stored on the extsd. Would it be ok to just delete cloudagent folder contents ?
Could this be due to gallery syncing all my added acounts photos (facebook) to my phone to make them available offline ?
How would I turn it of ?
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda app-developers app
This is the cloud agent syncing all your data from dropbox, facebook, etc. Since i have over 40,000 pictures on my Dropbox and don't need all of them on my phone, I just stopped the sync and then cleared its data. That fixed it.
To turn it off, go into the settings and there's an option for it in Settings > Cloud
Thanks for that. I fi turn sync off will it continue uploading my pics to the cloud ?

No. But I would like to suggest this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dk.tacit.android.foldersync.full
I use this to automatically upload new pictures and changes from phone to dropbox, and drop box to phone when charging, on wifi and at night. You can basically set it up however you like though. Great app well worth your money. It also supports a ton of cloud websites. Give it a whirl.

Anyone have any luck selecting more than one attachment at a time through the new Gmail update?
Mine only allows one selection at a time. Or maybe I can't figure out how to select more than one. Tap and hold does nothing.

Don't use gmail but as I test I tried to attach more than one item at a time and it didn't allow me to either - looked into settings and all sorts and just seems like it only allows the one at a time I'm afraid - well from what I can see anyways.
But here's an idea why not place your Gmail account into Samsungs Email app then when you have your Gmail account open in the "Email" app open up Multiwindow of gallery or My files and then you can easily drag and drop content quickly and pretty easily.
It's just an idea and probably of no help but thought I'd atleast mention it lol.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was refraining from using the stock email app because It doesnt support push. But I will try it out. Thanks.
