[Q] I Need Help With my Arc (urgent please)

i have instaled a generic firmware this one (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=24467321&postcount=1) after i have biked my phone,
but now i have a different problem. My phone start but hi is shutting down after hi starts and if i plug the usb cable or the charger hi works fine. The phone shows hi is charging but the battery stays on 0%. What i have to do, Please Help me. Thank You and sorry for my english.

help please my xperia z1 compact won't boot

hi , my xperia z1 compact boot up and when his finish the bootanimation he turn off him self and when i put him in charge his show this message of overheating and that the phone need to be cooled down
" your device turned off due to overheating, charging will continue after the device has cooled down "

Good evening, I would like to ask if there is a custom rom for Sony xperia m (c1905). I searched and found some help for this phone but unfortunately many links are dead. The version from android is 4.3. I would like if there is something better to put for this mobile. I am very inexperienced and any detailed help would be salvation for me. thank you for you time
