[26.MAR.13][ROM][4.2.2]CyanogenMod 10.1

Hi everyone. From the man who brought you the first ICS rom for the HD2 i bring you the first Android 4.2 ROM. Let me start this off by saying this ROM is quite alpha but i was able to get it compiling and booting from my git Here. It's compiled from the latest CM source.
You need to use cLK. System partition size 275

Installation Instructions
1. Download latest ROM from goo.im/devs/sportsstar89/leo/cm10.1/
2. Download lates gapps from goo.im/gapps
3. If coming from different ROM fulll wipe in recovery
4. Flash Latest ROM from sdcard
5. Flash latest gapps from sdcard
6. Reboot and wait for it to settle then reboot again.

its a matter of time then the 4.2 will be our next standard rom on the hd2

Thanks for the continue effort on the HD2, it will be hard to switch to another device.
Since this is in Alpha i think it will be best to make this ROM support NativeSD installs until it become stable for daily use.

why is it not booting for you???
For me it boot at the very first attempt, but its very slow so went back to tytung jb rom

System partition 320 mb and 5 mb cache size.

Ok, boots very slow.
Did you enabled ADB on boot ?
Motorola Defy had the same slow boot with adb enabled.
SIM works. Data partial. It shows 3G icon but no connection.

After a lot of battling and punching monitors, I can finally give you the first alpha for AOKP 4.1.2 based on the 2.6 Kernel! So here's the credits first;
Arco68: For his sources for our Galaxy W and his help in my building process and helping me understand it better;

just recently re-uploaded Kezra_VP1.1 in general)
will try as soon i cope with my studies)
seems that LED means camera flash and using it like a torch, everything is about camera HAL

As a small update, I won't be releasing a new version just yet, but I fixed Sound settings and Theme Chooser already. Still want to un-break ROM control and camera before a new release.
I'll probably change bootanimation too.

why swap sd card was a jb gapp link..and normal aokp one file is 3kb..is it my line problem or link problem

You can't say there is no bugs. Whereas there is plenty of bugs in cm10.1. See discussion thread on general section.
You should say, the bugs same as cm10.1, since you are using cm10.1 from arco68.

I'm not being rude here but what is the point of making so much ROMs that are basically just themed and being named after Korean pop singers or bands? Shouldn't you just focus on 1 or 2 ROMs, improve them and make them better? What are the differences between this and BIG-BANG ROM? I'm asking this because I can't see any differences.

There is no defferent such another theme but he want to share our his.new rom so what is the wrong if i know how to make a rom so why dont to make a rom he love what he made and want to share it with us )

Now that's the problem. If everyone makes a ROM that's just themed and opens a new thread for it, then our forum will be exploded with many useless ROMs. From what I can see, these are just not the ROMs people are looking for. What we want is a ROM packed with lots of features. We want a ROM that is revolutionary. I really appreciate ROM cookers that share their works. But wouldn't you want to share ROMs that can really attract users to use it, a ROM that can stand out from the other ROMs? Look at OOAK ROM, it's very popular here. Why? Because you can see ipromeh's ideas in his ROMs, from what I've heard it's really good at gaming and very stable for daily use. This ROM, is just a theme on top of OOAK, isn't it?

instead of build rom which is same feature with cm10.1..i think it is better if u produce theme on the theme section..maybe u are theme expert..who knows..

I checked their github and halo is there and https://github.com/ParanoidAndroid/android_vendor_pa/commits/jellybean shows version is at 3.56, so perhaps not quite the latest sources. @krislibaeer did you use jellybean-legacy branch and if you are using the latest, did you merge into /vendor/pa, which should bring the version update? Incredible work as always

it is the latest source i just renamed to 3.15 because we are on the state from 3.15 (3.5 because of HALO and 3.56 because of minor changes so i decicded to use 3.15 but latest changes are included)
HALO is on the github but in frameworks_base and in settings there are missing some stuff thats why HALO do not work yet
yes for sure i have to use jellybean legacy branch otherwise i could not compile it and some stuff were not working

yes you can use this gapps it should work if you get any fc then you know that it was wrong :laugh:
but as i can see in the gapps from pa there are many optional stuff

hey i have a fix for GPS i did not test it on my device but can anyone test it
installation
make a backup (reflash the rom should help too if something went wrong)
flash this zip in recovery GPS_fix
wipe cache/dalvik cache and fix permission
reboot and hopefully enjoy GPS

jup my gps is locking now

this rom really smooth for daily use..but i have one question.is it normal when wipe the task history and then it leave the last one..i have to wipe again to fully wipe the task history

yes it is normal it is implemented that way

i dont know if only me or anyone also facing this problem..this rom cannot connect to 'H' when data is on.it always on '3g'..even i try to change to hurtsky ang madridi kernel..but it solve when i flashing cm10.1
