Hi guys i need to deodex my stock 4.2.2 rom. can anyone help me step by step?

[REQ] stock n7100 4.1.2 touchwiz rom deodex ..

anybody got a 4.1.2 deodex rom plz send it to me plz ...most of links are long dead now and the remaining few are heavily modified
if anybody can find me ARHD or complete stock rom (DMC , DMG ...ETC) would be much appreciated ....
