white bar above app transitions

when I switch to certain apps there is a white bar above the transitions. I have a screenshot attached to demonstrate the issue- Im on liquid smooth 2.5 and this problem occurs with maps, music, and play store. However when I enter desktop mode (fullscreen without statusbar and nav bar), the problem disappears- the white bar is gone.
Solutions?
can somebody provide me gapps link if thats the issue? because I've had this problem before on a different rom/gapps, but it occurred with the "messaging" app only.
Thanks

change notifications bar to full black color

I have made a full-black wallpper myself and it looks better than any other wallpapers!
but the default gray notification bar looks very ugly above full-black wallpaper.
does anyone knows how to set the color of the notification bar? I have a rooted device and I searched the forum but found nothing related.
Search the forum for xposed installer and tweakbox. Install the xposed installer and through there install tweakbox. Through tweakbox u can change statusbar settings.
From the middle of nowhere to the center of everywhere!!
Can you post your full black wallpapaer please? I like it too, and I'm using an app called no wallpaper which is very battery fitrendly, but I would like to try only a wallpaper and not an apk.
Thanks

?? Xposed Modules for Xperia M

I hav used some of Modules on my M (SS - 4.1.2) but none of them worked completely. And for modules which claim to hav effect on Nav bar, one thing in common was, none of them were unable to make it Transparent
Here are some of modules effect on my M
Hide Stamina Mode Icon - Not working
Xposed DTN Disabler - Working
NavBar Soft Key Themes - Some r working
Tweakbox - Transparency settings not working( i used mainly for transparency)
XblastTools - Transparency not working, Clear recent tasks & Ram bar not working, coloring status bar working except for stamina mode icon
Notification background transparency not working, Advance power menu working etc...
GravityBox - Transparent status bar working ( but weird look when lockscreen status bar set to 100% transparent), No Nav bar transparency but
other settings working, No coloring of Stamina mode icon, Advance power menu working, Clock & Battery setting working, Clear
recent tasks & Ram bar not working etc...
Softkeys Fade Mod - Perfect
** I hav read many reviews round the Internet Claiming Xperia M, an excellent phone in it's price range, and bought one. But when came to XDA
it was grouped under low activity devices:crying: May be some more patience is required to see it in flying colors **
P.S. - Plz do share your working Modules..
P.S.S - Requests to all Great Dev's to make a module for Xperia M which can perfectly work in all aspects...
Fallowing worked for me

As raghavsharmaxda correctly said, status bar and notification bar are the same, but Notification drawer is different
If you are on stock, then the status bar is already transparent by default in TouchWiz launcher in recent 4.2.2 but only for the lockscreen and launcher.
Although if you are on a custom launcher like KitKat then the launcher might have an option to toggle transparent status bar on/off.
If you use modules to manually select the color of the statusbar to 100% transparent there's a good chance that it'll appear white or some other color on it's own depending on the app you are using.
You see apps don't have the color of the status bar defined, they assume your system will do it on it's own.
Advice : if you are using modules to make it transparent, then expect it to be transparent all the time. If you don't want that then simply use the default Touchwiz launcher or a launcher that supports and/or has an option for toggling transparent status bar.

Yes, im on stock and i use kitkat launcher and i make my status bar transparent by Tweakbox ( Xposed ) so it looks so bad when i open apps and i like it when im in home screen so how can i replace the transparent bar in apps launcher and keeping it on home screen ? and do u know another kitkat launcher that supports and/or has an option for toggling transparent status bar ?

Yes like I said in my last post, using xposed modules will make your status bar transparent for all apps too.
And sorry I don't use any kitkat launchers or intend to. You'll have to try around and experiment with different ones.
I can recommend you Next Launcher, it has option to toggle transparent status bar but it's not even close a kitkat launcher.
AFAIK transparent status bar option on all launchers will only work fine on Kitkat. On JB it will always appear solid (transparent or not) , no transparent gradient.
@iceyhotguy @naufalhadyan Thanks Guyz

[Q] Does it possible to change smallapps bar position?

Hi all! The thing is im using hide navbar function from serajr XX module, and when i hide navbar all apps adopts very nice to new display dimensions, except for small apps bar, it keeps black rectangular bar under smallapps bar its a background from softkeys.. Look at the pictures
1 picture is with navbR enabled
2 picture is with navbar hidden u can see the black bar left after softkeys hidding ..
3 picture is with smallapps bar hidden and u can see that black bar is dissapeared..
So question is does it possible to change possition (drop down to the bottom of the screen) of a smallapps bar? I know here is an app called "app settings" witch can change size of an app size on the screen but it doesnt work on LP..
Don't know much technically, but as far as hacks go, you could mess around with apktool and udn module, (I posted an example here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/sony-xperia-z1-compact/help/hide-softkeys-t3298241 or try messing with screen resolution, (dpi). Probably Venkat Kamesh would know how to do what you're asking, (the right way), but might be pretty advanced. I don't know how far you want to go ...
