I'm planning to buy a G pro, as i like big phones.
In my country the E986 is sold, on technical specs it's written Bluetooth V3 (specs on LG site).
I can find E988 with BT V4, but as i understand, E988 is not the best if i want to install alternatives ROM.
So is it an error on LG's french site, or do they have differents BT ver. ?

The E980 (ATT US version) and the E988 (International Version) both have Bluetooth V4 which is the current version.

I'm seriously thinking of buying LG optimus F180L the koran version unlock phone because i want to use it international and like 13 MP, since the phone isn't available yet in my country (saudi Arabia), I'll have to buy it online from ebay but the problem is that if i bought it won't have arabic support for sending\receiving arabic text messages since I use both english and arabic textings.
Is there any firmware or software which can make the viewty arabic enabled?

i live in germany so i bought the LG Optimus G Pro from eBay.com but unfortunately the branding sucks and i cant choose any other language as english/spanish. Which official firmware fits for that phone? is it possible to install the Firmware of the e.g. E988? Can Files over 1 GB be flashed at the moment?

i bought the korean verson f240 s, but now i'm stariting to use it and i have a problem on the first step. I cant find the LG PC SUITE for this version. On the LG site, there are only versions for european and i dont know american versions, but nothing for the f240s, so my questions is. Can i somehow convert this f240s to some european version so i can use it without problems here? Everything is working fine, but i would just like to have a phone that is completely suitable for this region.
If not, what would you suggest?
Hi all. I have E988 version, but i live in Europe and I want to have a Polish Łańcucie and official LG software. Can I flash ROM from E986 to my E988?
What happens when I flash it. Will there be just problems for example with range or I'll brick the phone.
Ok guys. I decide to start this topic because I'm so confuse with the lg g pro models/versions.
As I know lg for some reason decided to change some hardware on the same model for the continent.
I have the e986 model but out there we have e980,e988 and the asian model f240 etc.
What is the difference between the e986 to the e980,e988?
And why I can't flash the e980 version on my e986?
I can only see that the e986 version of this phone doesn't get enough support for developing customs roms.
I only found the CM roms that it works on all e98x versions.
So the main question is this one : Can I flash a custom rom like this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/optimus-g-pro/development/rom-pac-4-4-4-beta-1-0-pa-aokp-c-t2852984 on the e986 model? And if I can then should I follow the quide on each rom or I need to flash it with a different way?
