Hi,
i have a problem. I tried to flash the SGH-i780 under Vista x64. I followed the instructions in this thread .
But everytime i try to install the x64 drivers it stops because of an error 39. ("The driver may be corrupt or missing (Code 39)")
Maybe someone has a solution?
Thanks for reading and helping...
Hi, if you use a virtual machine with xp installed you won't have any problem. That's how i flash the i780 using windows7 x64
I always get "error: device not found" when I try to do adb commands. I've installed HTC Sync and **** but IDK what's wrong.
Where's the exact drivers I need and how do I install them?
I'm running Windows 7 x64 btw

I am not able to install ADB drivers on Win7 64-bit. Is there any other method to do this?
Haven't tested this myself but would it work using windows xp mode ?
If not try a virtual machine using virtual box or similar software.

I am running Win 7 x64 as well, and I have ADB, not just successfully installed, but also set in the environment variables.
What setup are you running? and where did you download it?
I have TWRP 2.6.3.0 and it seems I have a driver issue on my computer, Device manager says The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) But I have installed the USB drivers for T999 from the Samsung site, also tried changing USB ports, Kies3 to install the driver and no change. I had the same issue on 2.6.0.0 and on Windows 7 and 8 both x64.

It seems to be working, I got ADB running in command prompt and it looks like it sees it...
List of devices attached
0d06e4b7 recovery
How would I browse files at this point, I see the push and pull commands and looks simple enough but haven't tried yet. Is there any basic GUI programs for ADB?

ive got the same problem on my xperia z, did you find out how to fix it?
Hi All
I have a retarded problem with the ADB drivers for my Xperia S.
When i enable USB Debugging and i connect it Windows 7 64bit laptop i am unable to get the adb driver for my phone to work. The computer doesnt detect and install the ADB drivers for my Xperia S.
After manually installing the driver the computer keeps saying that "The Device Cannot Start (Code 10)". The drivers that i installed were from the Sony website.
But the strange problem is on another Windows 7 32bit Laptop and a Windows XP Desktop, Device Manager automatically detects and installs the ADB driver for my phone. Ive tried disabling driver signature enforcement and reinstalling the drivers but it still has the " This device cannot start problem"
Any ideas?
