My phone's camera usually freezes and then reboots my phone sometimes when I open the camera app. I think it happens because of the 'external to internal' app I use. I'm on version 4.1.2 and my phone is rooted. Someone please help.

External to internal is not stable on i9082 for a lot of apps. Definitely shouldn't use that on system apps like gallery or camera
Remove camera/gallery from external to internal app.
If needed clear cache and data of both apps after switching them back to normal memory
Thanks, but how do I remove apps from the external to internal app?

if you are using external to internal memory switcher then you can't, because you're mounting your extSD card as internal. and if you can't find anything else wrong, you might have to try and reverse this. but if you are using some app to simple move the apps data to external then it should be doable.
Did you try cleaning cache for camera and gallery?
Or trying a different camera app like Camera360?

I use the external ro internal memory switcher. I just uninstalled it and camera seems to work well for now. Thanks. PS: I try to hit thanks on your post, but my xda app crashes when I try. Dunno why.

You can use an app like Link2SD where instead of moving the app, it links things like the cache to the external. Probably not exactly what you wanted, but it semi does what you're asking.
at least there was a Chinese software can move all stuff to external sd card.
called 360 Safety Guard.
Okay I will try does out guy thanks

I've linked all my apps to my sd card but my internal storage still shows what's left from the basic 150mb and I partitioned my sd card for 1gig ext 4. And I don't know what's wrong

It's normal, the system is unable to recognize the partition of external memory for this always shows 150 mb of free memory

Yes, but you may wanna keep in mind that link2sd doesn't move cache to sd and linking needs space too. I usually integrate davlik cache into rom by titanium backup so that i don't face any storage issues.
Yes. There no rules !!!

ApkMania should have it. You may either need Lucky Patcher or a Cracked Google Play
For the life of me..I cant figure out why my internal memory is so full. Any ideas in how to clear it out? No music no pics only a few apps.

Try looking at it with this program.

I found a huge directory called android.
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
Is that folder ok to delete? It has all my apps listed in it. That seems like all the data for all the apps.
Only delete if your want to get rid of the data. Programs store data there. Mine is huge because of the gallery app.

May I know what's the difference between normal roms and gaming roms?
Btw there is only one stable Genxt rom, other than that no one is stable or not in development. So why to make thread?

Gaming rom means.. The rom which in which we can install as many games as we want.. In normal rom.. We can install only 3-4 big games.. Anf then it shows low memory

That depens on Android version, like 4.1. In 4.2 we can't use gl to sd

But how does this swap and gl 2 sd work?.. I've tried gl 2 sd.. I moved nfsmw data to extcard using that app.. And when i tried to play the game.. It used to ask to download the whole data again!!

U don't have to manually transfer data to external sdcard.
put data folder in internal and then move using gl to sd.. remember to play game always thorough gl2sd don't start from app drawer.. check out gl2sd settings

Hi Guys,
So my mother has got a Galaxy Gio and lately she's got several notifications that said her internal memory was full..
She has 3 non-stock apps on the phone)
- Facebook (in sd card memory)
- Backgrounds (in phone memory)
- Barcode Scanner (in phone memory)
Since this phone has such a ridiculous amount of internal phone storage, and since all her pictures and music is storend on sdcard memory, the only thing for me left to do was delete the least favourite app: barcode scanner... BUT when I tried I couldnt, the uninstall button in the properties page (in settings, manage apps) of the app is unclickable... I cant seem to delete this app!
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Install Mounts2SD app and can move all user apps to the SD-EXT (2nd partition of external SD card).
Google if you have no idea.
Thanks, but it says that the phone should be rooted. But mine isnt.
