* MODS PLEASE CONSIDER *
Double Post Sorry!!!
First off I Posted this in Q & A Also, because thats where I Waste ALOT my Time Trying to Help people, to just Later Find out that the Problem has Already been Solved! Lol...
I Can't even Count the number of threads I read from day to day from users that need Help of some sort with their phones, and that's No Problem! After all that's one of the many Purposes of XDA...
But anyways, after seeing how Useful the [Thanks Button] turned out I've been thinking why Not Add a [Solved Button] Also? This way people like me Won't try to Help Users that No Longer Need Help!!
I Mean it'll Save Space and Time Both! If this was Posted somewhere else I Apologize, but I Haven't come Across it!
I Really think this may also Help the Mods Close some of the Dead Threads that are No Longer being used!
Please Give Feedback...
Thank You!
I think the general Q&A forum has this function already...but it relies on the OP using it to set the [RESOLVED] status, which obviously isn't happening.
Is it possible to delete old threads if so how? thanks
Only moderators can delete threads.
Moved to About XDA section.
If you need a thread to be closed, you will need to contact your FSM (forum specific fomerator) and ask them to close the thread for you. As for deleting a thread, i think a moderator would rather close the thread, as someone else searching for an answer to a question might find the answer in your thread, stopping the need for that member opening a new thread to ask their question.
Exactly
I was the same problem. Thanks for your guidance.
It is a bit of a bummer as to why you cannot delete posts and threads of your own but you can see why it is necessary for that permission to only be given to a MOD.
But the REPORT button could be seen as the close button.
How about I show I'm from mexico and possessing a lg-gt540 and thanks to this forum and I have made my phone je waste, but I always find solution here.
Well the cards is for leoposas companion for his mod 3.5, for me is very fluid and there are no more reboots (of course only if you have the wifi enabled phone and sleep) but that I had become accustomed to the Version 2 November 2011, but was only there in handsfree does not work (so far I have not found solution) hoping to continue to provide this type of mods, I send greetings from Mexico.
PS: Excuse my English but is translated from google translator but I think if you understand that?
Goodbye:good:
Welcome to XDA, but is there a particular point to this thread? I don't see a question being asked or a ROM, etc being shared. Please clarify, thanks.
Thanks

Unfortunately there isn't a forum dedicated to introducing yourself. The best place I can direct you is the Say "Hi" thread in the Off-topic section. Thread closed.
I've seen the root request, which has been Solved, but have not seen a formal request for a Custom Rom.
It's a great phone but sure would be nice to be Google & other garbage-free.
Thanks!
Hi,
You already opened a thread on this subject here,

Posting again here will not help you and is not the place for such requests. :good:
Thanks,

Sorry, someone sent me a message earlier today suggesting that I post this in this location rather than where it was.
I should have asked before listening to them.
Please delete - David
Anyone have pure CAF kernel ?? Please upload it to gdrive and give me link
https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-5-pro/help/pure-caf-kernel-t3905118/post78996726
And here which is in the wrong section.
Reported.
So, you did the same thing again, yeah, https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=78850988&postcount=3 , like you don't even care after the moderators moved your (three same threads) to the right section!
To the moderator who will take an action, this is just a small example of what happening here, and it's the second time (or maybe more) to do this, and i can see that he isn't a new joiner here to do that, and now he is requesting a kernel which is removed by it's own developer as a hint that he don't like to share it at least in the meanwhile due to what's going on now, but clearly he don't even care about anything, we are tired and this community is really suffers, maybe with some actions with those everyone will think twice before doing something like that, Thanks.
