It would be very helpful if you could explain how you got to this point in the first place.
If you haven't rooted it and all that yet, amazon will probably replace it if it's still under warranty. Looks like you still have the stock bootloader

when i turn on the kindle it wont run but on my computer it says usb composite driver
hmm can someone tell me how to fix this problem ?
when i go to KFu it says exec '/system/bin/sh' failed no such file or directory

^^This means you don't have access to the shell and you'll need to get a factory cable in order to get it fixed.
then where can i get a factory cable ?

Here, let me Google that for you...
Have u even tried rooting it? Like pressing 2 in kfu. It could be rooted but u might have forgotten to install twrp. Just a guess I'm far from an expert

Hello
Best thing would be to describe all the steps that you did to get to this point.
To begin, you need the right cable, then download the Kindle FIRE UTILITY and next get your PC to recognize the tablet.
Then the Utility will proceed once its shows the online status. Without the online status, you cannot proceed .
Hope this helps

the bootloader its self is required to even get into fastboot so your only fix may be pokey9ks usb_boot method

This post is one of the more confusing ones I've read in a while. omap4boot refers to a linux tool and it's not meant to be flashed onto the Kindle Fire, so I don't see what role KFU would play here.
You need to give more details about the problem if you want to get some help. What did you try to do? How did you do it? What is your Kindle Fire doing now?
Also, smirkis is absolutely correct. If you don't have a working bootloader, the factory cable is not going to be of much use here.
RE:
Sorry for the confusion: I tried to flash pookey9000's omap bootloader, however, i flashed it wrong and now my kindle will not turn on or show any color on the power button. I dont think I can turn on the Kindle
What is the pookey9's usb boot fix thing?

If you're talking about aboot.bin, there's no way to flash it right, because you're not supposed to be flashing it at all.
If you don't even get the boot logo appearing on the display, you're going to have to use pokey9000's Firekit and hope that it can flash a new bootloader for you. If it can't, that means you'll have to dismantle the Kindle Fire so you can short a connection on the board and get it in to usb boot mode.

What do you mean by saying your KF has not FIREFIREFIRE?
Gửi từ Kindle Lửa của tôi qua Tapatalk 2
First of all, FIREFIREFIRE doesn't just magically install itself. What did you use to root the device? I'm sure whatever you used to root your device installed FIREFIREFIRE.
And your Kindle isn't bricked, it's just in the wrong bootmode.

the 4sec interval signals to fastboot mode! You got to enter necessary commands during to stay in fastboot mode and flash the custom recovery TWRP and than re-install update.zip(kindle update bin renamed). consider the link below for twrp and root manual install plus relevant commanline, those commands will help to flash and boot into twrp mode after installing it:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24129239
P.s.remember to point to the directory containing the fastboot and adb command files in my case c:/program files (x86)/android/android-sdk/platform-tools/ ALSo, in future to factory reset the device, install the kindle update.zip (renamed kindle update bin file downloaded from amazon kindle site)
how do i enter the commands? with a program if so give me a link to get it plz

well how do i set up an adb? i dont understand
kindle fire utility 9.5
Remove and install your drivers for your kindle fire. Than install kindle fire utility found here in xda forums. Install and run the utility select option 1 and select normal 4000 boot mode. Plug in your kindle fire and turn it on. This worked for me. Booted right up just be patient it may take a few minutes.
what are the drivers and where do i find them and how do i reinstall them?

<shakes head in disappointment>
With all due respect, what on earth made you think it was a good idea to root the Kindle with such an obvious lack of computer literacy? Were you aware of the risks?
Your problem is simple to fix but it requires at least some basic working knowledge of a computer. Do yourself a huge favor and Google search "Kindle Fire USB drivers" to find out. And not to be hateful but I think it's highly unlikely that many people here would be willing to go through the arduous process of explaining how to install device drivers.
I would suggest doing some research on the matter and come back with a better foundation to work from.
Otherwise I think your best bet would be to revert back to stock and forget about rooting all together (requires research).

Are you stuck at the Kindle Fire screen or the Kindle Fire screen with an android above it? Also, what happens when you try to change the bootmode to fastboot (4002) or recovery (5001)?

They won't take it back because you've obviously tried to modify it. You did this, so now you have to fix it. That's the risk you run with modifying your device. Your problem is easily fixable if you pay attention.
What about your situation and the links given to you don't you understand?

i understand but like ive said ive tried most of this stuff
Its as simple as fixing your drivers so you can communicate to your device via fastboot commands. If you need help I'm sure someone will be willing, maybe this guy...who knows?
ok this is my situation...i got a kindle fire or kindle fire 2 off someone and when i got it i couldnt get passed the White and Orange Kindle fire logo so i decided to search these forums up and down trying different things...decided to buy a factory cable and i get to the Fastboot screen with the green blinking light and i get no further...i have never seen the home screen or anything..just that darn logo until the factory cable came in now im only seeing the fastboot screen...so im guessing this think cant be fixed.
im running windows 7 64bit and i have a linux live usb already set up.
i just wanna get this thing back to stock if its possible. if someone could possibly help me or if you need more info then by all means im here to listen or give the information needed to get this thing working again.
oh and i forgot the device comes up in the device manager as otter2-prod-04
i see posts from everyone thats rooting there device and messing it up that way...this is a stock device and the people that had it i can least say wasnt smart enough to even attempt to root or anything like that.
if someone could add my to skype to see if we can troubleshoot my problem that would be great. because waiting for responses on here is just taking more time...no offense to anyone im just anxious and would like to see whether or not this kf2 can be fixed or just throw it out the window lol
skype name = kenny-jackal
ok i got the ADB to work by installing the kindle fire HD drivers...so now i need to find a program to use to get this thing recovered now

The RootPlus tool looks like it will restore partition images, which I believe you can download from another thread.

Root Plus does not come with saved partition images. Though, it will restore partition images saved using the tool or from other sources. If you choose to use a set of saved partition images from another source, make absolutely sure you are using the correct ones for your device or it will surely brick your device, permanently.

First, check your driver installation or use SoupKit. If you have completely eliminated driver related problems as part of the problem, then you might want to consider whether or not you have a working factory/fastboot cable.
