Consider me as beginner, actually I was waiting for official android 4.3 release on xperia m,but my device(xperia m) is not there in the sony android 4.3 list.so I want to install custom android 4.3,but I really liked the sony UI,so is there any way to install android 4.3 with sony UI in my device,(i have rooted phone)

There are no ROMs for 4.3 or 4.4 so far

Download an ftf of your choice and do what you want with it. It's not possible to repack ftf's.

you can crossflash the single sim 4.1.2 fw but you won't be able to use both sims
