Hello,
in attachment a mod to make status bar black (like nexus)
the png file is a screenshoot
to install it just substitute the lgsystemui.apk with the one in attachment. Then Reboot smartphone before do anything else (otherwise you will 0obtain a systemui error, in this case, reboot anyway and you will solve )
bye
Working fine!
Just tried it, and it's working! Thank you !
Perfect with stock v10g. Just reboot and all is working. Thanks

Hello, I tried to install the lg systemui.apk, but after restart it keeps crashing. I set the permissions to default ones and I am running rooted E975 with stock android 4.1.2. Can somebody upload stock lgsystemui.apk, because i forgot to backup mine! .
Thanks!
Rih531
Can't get to work too...Ui keeps FC.
Here the backup. But i'm afraid that if the mod won't work, the backup from my phone won't work too for you.
please try
my build is JZO54K, maybe you have a different one.
Please note that mod is only for ODEXED rom (the original one wthout any other mod installed)
bye
Somehow, it doesn't seem to work on Epsilon Project v03 ROM... Statusbar just disappears. No FC messages, nothing -- just no trace of the statusbar. Restored the backup, back to normal...

Sorry but i'm in vacation without pc ? but you can be sure that there are no way to make transparent status bar with stock Optimus g launcher. If you want it forget this mod. Please install xposed framework with gravity box module. Than use nova launcher. In this way you can have a perfect transparent status bar. Then if you want white icons too, you must play with gravity box settings, but is not enought, you need a mod to have white data connection icon. Please try this way. For me work perfectly. Bye
O.K. if you can't do it you can't do it ,thanks for the black one it's great, although somoeone else actualy made one but it has some problems it changes the battery to a circle battery whitch is kind of cool, and it translates the notification bar and the running apps to engllish if you want to try it forget what the page says just download the LGSystemUI_2.zip http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2225317&page=3 replace it with the original give the right permissions rw-r-r delete the LGSystemUI.odex because it is for deodexed roms ofcourse take a backup first and restart.
Sorry l forgot it needs go launcher ex to work

Hi all
This is my first post, sorry about my ignorance but I tried to find a decent battery percentage over the internet without success, i found a mod but my status bar also changed, and i like the original interface.
Because of it i decided to mod by myself SystemUI.apk and i did it.
I have this rom :
NeatRom Lite 4.6.1
Probably will work only on NeatRom 4.6.1
Sorry
XDA link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1569686
About the mod it´s simple to do, just flash by CWM your favourite attached file
Search in my dropbox page
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/7a2bq3hufrnq7nl/J1vzQMByIO
I think these mod´s will work with another deodexed XWLSN variants, but i do not guarantee your old mods will remain cause i doesn´t touch anything but only the battery images.
Please do a backup first.

I would like to report a bug.
As seen on the screenshots, the percentage inside the green circle does not match the one we see when "Display battery percentage" is enabled.
Can that be fixed?

I´ve found the problem, and i will try to fix it, but i do not guarantee it will work because some xml files (into apk file) can´t be edited because resources.arsc maybe have a checksum/database or another files and i dont have any idea how i can edit that but i do not give up and i will do my best.
I´m not a developer, i just want to help people like me, because the original battery images sucks...
I prefer to edit original firmwares by myself
Update:
I put a new working two files.
One of these files can be flashed by clockworkmod
Look at the first post.

Hi douglasfneves, I was watching and it works again, but only with NeatRom as i said.
But i want to help you.
If you give me your original SystemUI.apk and your framework-res.apk i can mod it for you quickly.
Do you use a stock rom?
It will be perfect if you share it with me, you will help more people.

you can do the central clock with battery percentage in a single zip? I install both and gave SystemUI FC.

Hey battle, nice job!
If you don't mind another request, I made it working by removing the odex file, but I'd like to remove the network activity indicator removed or only an indicator without the numbers if possible... The way it is now sometimes it makes the battery icon disappear...
But thanks for the great job so far!
Looking for better tutorial step by step please.
How to remove the odex file? Before flash or after? I delete the odex file on the archieve and then flash it, still systemui FC..
Hi, is it possible to remove the dark tint from the nav bar at the bottom so it's fully transparent? I am rooted and have xposed installed, have also installed the sense 6 toolkit but can't find any option there. Was wondering if anyone knows any other way of making it transparent without the dark tint?
Thanks in advance
The only thing i can think of is downloading GMD Auto Hide Soft Keys from the app store. There you can customize the colour, transparency, button styles etc

Which ROM ? ARHD, MaximusHD or SkyDragon ?
I don't know much about xposed module but there is one I think.
Or you can try my mod that I made here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=54632623&postcount=1201
BUT if you're on stock rooted ROM, you need to do this.
1. Make sure make a backup before you try
2. Use any root explorer, browse to system/priv-app and delete these:
HtcLockScreen.odex
Prism.odex
SystemUI.odex
3. reboot to recovery and flash the mod zip.
Or you can wait tomorrow as I'm going to open a thread with these mod that compatible with stock rooted ROM (you don't need to manually delete those odex)
