UPDATE: cyan-coloured percentage bar battery mod for for fla.sh's cyanbread theme - i prefer it to crysis's one, so i did it and share.
Just simple UOT Kitchen made percentage battery mod of Fla.sh's brilliant AOSP GB/CyanBread themes. works fine at mine (stock rooted and deodexed KPO), but KEEP ORIGINAL fla.sh's zip on SD in case of any trouble to reflash.all credit goes to him!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1253578 - original AOSP GB
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1255140 - cyanbread
howto:
1) flash one of above fla.sh's themes first through CWM recovery on deodexed rom (mount /system, install zip from SD,reboot) (links above)
2) flash modified zip respectively (links below) the same way as previous one through CWM
3) enjoy great theme with battery readings
4) Thank fla.sh!
disclaimer: flashing it you declare knowing what u do, so it's ur personal responsibility if anything goes wrong!
screenshot pls of the battery percentage....is it rounded? or rectangular, etc...?
can't upload screenshot, removed screen capture app (along many others, hehe), but here's sample from darky's 10.2 using the same mod. looks pro with gb theme.
very nice modded theme...i suggest that the extended power menu be a colored one just like the stock rom,....coz this one is just like fla.sh x2 extended power menu...
pls make it close to stock....thanks..
is it compactable with any KPN or KPO base or only FLA.SH

sorry, as i mentioned it's just UOT Kitchen modded - anybody can do it in half our time alone, i just shared what others might find useful, it's not development or whatsoever, only simple mod.
and therefore i won't modify anything else, although possibly power menu icons are changeable at UOT Kitchen - i don't know.
actually big up to UOT Kitchen makers - good job guys.
it's just mod of fla.sh's AOSP, so whatever his AOSP theme is compatible with, this mod is as well. i use it on deodexed stock KPO, but in his post KPN is mentioned as well. don't know about others, sorry.
(the truth is even some theme wasn't compatible with given rom, u could always reflash it with other, compatible from cwm - just have it handy on SD, i can't see huge risk trying, but it's ur own choice and responsibility)
how to uninstall this theme?
no idea - depends what u had before. either by flashing some other theme/rom or reflashing rom?
Useful theme. Is nice to have precentage.

<3 AOSP Gingerbread Ace Team!
little update: mod for fla.sh's cyanbread theme - cyan coloured.
can this be installed with stock recovery mode ...and without cyanogenmod7?????????
Thanks for this one!
*** PLEASE NOTE, I am currently back on xwjw1 firmware due to stability reasons. So development on this Boeffla-Mod version is freezed for the time being ***
Hi all,
as I make my own Theme after every ROM Samsung releases, I wanted to share this with you as I know some people find it useful.
Installation sequence:
Always flash Boeffla-Mod main theme first (green-stock or blue theme)
Then flash add-ons as you like:
- Addon1: 13-toggles mod for drop down statusbar
- Addon2: Disable scrolling cache to have smoother scrolling experience in lists
If you want to fully revert or revert a part back, always use the rollback zip and start again from scratch.
The rollback zip is the only procedure to make everything undone and get you back to a consistent basis !!!
Tip: You can flash everything sequentially in CWM without a need to reboot in between! Boeffla-Mod update scripting is made to support this, so you save time.
Version history:
Version 2.0.3a (18.01.2012)
Changes to transparent dialer and contacts (now fully semi-tranparent on all main tabs)
Slight polishing on contacts UI (brought back the separator bar)
Energy saving widget is now also semi-transparent, and in blue mod has also blue theming
Disable scrolling cache as an own add-on as some people reported issues with it, so everyone can decide on his/her own
Version 2.0.2
Disable scrolling cache is now included (there is mixed feedback on the effect, but in no case it will harm in a way)
The 13 toggles mod (until now without flashlight, I have patched this out) is now available again as add-on package for both themes
New rollback zip
Version 2.0.1
Transparent Dialer and Contacts list
New rollback zip
Version 2.0.0
Stock and blue theme available
Battery icon with percentage numbers (green or blue circle)
Connection icons turn to green/blue when fully connected
Extended power menu
Some quickpanel icons from ICS
Some transparency effects in pull down
Change overscroll glow to white for stock theme
CRT off animation
ICS window animations
All apks Zipaligned
Just flash (in CWM Recovery) the following files:

As always: Flash on our own risk! This mod is only for ODEXED stock firmware!!! Make sure you have some space on /system left before you flash. I can and will not take any responsibility for bricked phones.
Please always do a nandroid backup in CWM first before any flash. Just in case bad comes to worse, this is your way back.
And on a very special request, I want you to know I partially use the (1.4.3) to do my mod. This tool has bugs as any other software of course, so it might come to unexpected side effects. Additionally I use smali and baksmali in version 1.3.0.
On top of that:
I understand, many people would like to have slight deviations of this mod, different battery icons, different overscroll glow colours etc. However, I honestly do not have enough time to fulfill all your special requests.
I build this mod only for my personal use basically, so it is like it is.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
In planning:
Looking into the AOSP lock screen enablement (challenging !!!)
Rotating dialer
Functional ideas: hacked camera, hacked dialer without increasing ring tone as add-ons as well
If you want to still have different Battery Icons etc, I recommend you to use the UOT kitchen (http://http://uot.dakra.lt/kitchen) with which you can do a lot of additional tweaking yourself.
Just extract the framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk files out of the Boeffla-Mod zip and load it into kitchen. As soon as the new files are built by kitchen, copy the both files back into the Boeffla-Mod zip and you are there. 7-Zip recommended as a good tool to work on the zip files.
Have fun.

The problem is the same. What was your solution?
Thanks for this mod, I'm waiting for AOSP lockscreen cause I need to be able to turn off sound quickly, but no hurry .
I m using stock theme and I think you should stick to blue overscroll glow, because even if you set it white some apps like browser keep blue one.
Vieeeelen herzlichen dank
Many Thanks Andi - Stock theme looking great, also wondering if overscroll should be blue to stay consistent...
Works great. Thanks Andi!
hello everyone
I have spend countless hours trying to figure how to get 1% circle battery mod on my s3 and no luck.
can someone out there help please.
Odexed rom.
Here is link of imgs that i want to use.
http://db.tt/qMI9hUzA
Hi ,
I am not sure if that is the best way but works 100% for my Galaxy SIII - Odexed rom. Go to the UOT Kitchen (I know it is not oficially compatible with ROMs 4 and higher yet ...) web page and prepare the "tiny" battery style set of icons ( I think that is what you are looking for) adjusting colors as you wish. Upload two files: framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk from your Android and "cook it". Once you download the mod do not flash it (it would not work) but unzip it and copy the modified SystemUI.apk into the Android: System/app folder overwriting the original one. Then restart the phone and everything should work perfect anyway works for me (I tested 5 different sets of icon).
PS. I used to use the Battery Mod Tool before which worked perfect on Galaxy S2 but does not on Galaxy S3 with the stock ROM yet.
Good luck!
Can you upload one set pof vattery please as im at work and i would like to try it. Then if it works ill cook me one for my taste.

Once you select the battery mod from the UOT Kitchen you will be able to generate the preview and check them out before cooking.
OK guys, some of you may know me from my ColorMod Theme over at the Sensation forums...( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1669843 ) ... Im a very easy going guy, I LOVE demands/requests/subtle arguments/DONATIONS in my thread .. Anything you would like to see in a future theme/mod please pm me and I will see what I can do. Expect this thread to get updated A LOT!
.....Now onto business...
Here's a quick tutorial given to me by camblue .. I rewrote some of it for more people to understand...
1. Open up (right click and chose open archive) on your current systemui.apk (found in system/app) with 7 zip
2. And change out the images in the drawable-hdpi (being sure of course to make sure they match titles and relative size if ONLY making your own).
3. Then I go to drawable-sw600dp-hdpi and swap out those images and back out of systemui.
4. Then place your modded systemui.apk in my provided NavBarTheme.zip package in the /system/app folder
5. Copy the NavBarTheme.zip to your NeXus 7 and flash in CWM because sometimes the changes do not take hold when you just use root explorer and swap out the old with the new systemui.
6. After the Android Upgrading Screen LOOK AND BE AMAZED :highfive: lol

I was looking at the JB animation mod in the international forum and the old combined themes/apps section for the American models. I'm still confused by it.
Thread here
The attached downloads contain vrtheme folder for the VilliamRom Theme system found here.
Are the animation files in the vrtheme folder? or are they in the included framwork-res.apk?
Maybe a generous developer will be kind enough to inform the rest of us with step by step instructions on how to add it? xD
