You can't just install them.
You will need to move them to system/app and then replace previous ones and then give permissons as rw-r-r

Be more clear.
Let us know your setup and OS platform.
Make sure you're not running through regular cmd window - you have to have cygwin or the other linux program (for got the name starting with U.....).

What I have done is.
1. Copy the Rom-kitchen folder into your home folder under \cygwin\home\. (for me it is C:\cygwin\home\ganesh)
2. run Cygwin.bat
3. cd Rom_Kitchen
4. ./menu

clear.exe is missing in your cygwin installation. It is under cygwin/bin/ folder.
I have uploaded a cygwin.zip, which you can download, extract and use directly. No installation is required. It is on the Deodex post in dev section.

Same here. I've flashed the package and wiped davik cache from recovery but there is no small app. Just the new notification.

In my opinion this only work if u have small apps before flash it. and .55
But mirror and unit converter not working.
While posting a mod or anything like that, it's better if you can include a proper guide for all.
Which may include, firmware version : 0.45/0.50/0.55. Custom ROM or Stock ROM, Deodex/Odex, clearing dalvic cache required/or not OR any other prerequisite that is needed to apply or try this mod.
Many are posting that it isn't working properly, so if you post the requirement and installation instructions properly, then it will help the other users to follow easily.
So update the OP, if possible with needed info.

i try both flash zip via cwm and replacing via rootex but ended in bootloop.
