If it's the SHV-E250S, look at Sammobile here
If it is not the SHV-E250S, use the controls in the middle of the page to find the stock firmware for your model.

didn't work

I was on the same boat yesterday...
Stay in 4.1.2 with root, BusyBox installed and internet connection (Wi-Fi). Download Ariza Patch from a link I'll post down there and click "apply patch" from left first button (V[1,0] Patch Uygula should say)

It should work when your IMEI is ok (not 0049xxx, 00000) and your s/n too
And sorry my english, I'm from Venezuela.

I've upgraded the firmware to v379 and the tv display incorrectly.
Then I've tried other version like v378, v321, v382. It didn't make any sense.
What could I do to fix it next...The support of TCL is just like it's never even being exist.

Not the firmware version but rather the Hardware version
Example:
After I downgrade the firmware version to V8-R851T02-LF1V252, It was fixed.
Anyone who has the same issue, it could work.
after downgrading, don't forget to shut down the power and restart again
