Hi guys, i'm a novice to android.Can anyone help me to root my phone step by step please?

Kingo app is great! I've used it for my i9192 few times now and for a quick test I've root'ed Defy Mini XT320 with one click

So there was no need for your post as the Mods had already done there job, unless your a wanna be mod!
Kingo Android ROOT applicable on GT-I9195
Its great! I've used Kingo Android ROOT for my i9195 -> ROOTED !!! Its a easy way of rooting for newbies .
BTW : Is It secure ??

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 (GT-I8160) PDA:LD8 PHONE:LD8 CSC:LD3 (XEO).

Kies ask me to update my phone for this version : PDA:LK6 / PHONE:LK6 / CSC:LK1 (XEO)
If I update my phone, should I root again my phone ? With the same method, or an other because of the different version (was LDA8, will be a LK6) ?

Alright, first of all.. please learn to search the forums. This is to avoid spam and repetition of questions. There's a Q and A thread for Ace 2, which is found here.
You might ask, "why will I post there?" Most users are subscribed to that thread, waiting to see if someone posted a new question thus, increasing the chance that your question will be seen since most users are accessing the forums from their smartphones, they tend to overlook the other parts of the forums.
If you have time, PC with Odin, and common sense then try this method. Flashing a pre-rooted stock rom (Note: This method will not increase your counter). As for the LK6 firmware, see this

Till now, the only way to get a rooted jellybean on locked bootloader is to flash a prerooted firmware or create your own prerooted firmware

Hello,
I'm new to XDA and have a question. Couldn't find it that fast on the forums so made this new thread.
I own a Rooted Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-9005 and it's on android 4.3
When I click on software update I get an error message due to the fact my phone is rooted. I'm wondering if it's possible to update to 4.4.2?
I don't care about losing my root because I will root again. Already tripped Knox to 0x1 so I'm fine with that aswell.

how are you accessing XDA? if on the phone you will have to go to devices, sm-n9005t and go to android development
if on the computer, just got to T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and you will see all of the sub sections

I took the ota update to 4.4.2. I've read articles of others installing cm on 4.3 but I haven't came across a guide on 4.4.2. Please and thankyou. I also apologize if this question is in the wrong place.

Go to CM's website and use the built in installer.
Also you need to report your post so it can be moved to the sprint s3 area so you can get users familiar with your device to help you. This area is for the international i9300 and anything you flash or instructions you follow from here will brick your phone as you need to perform more steps first before you can get underway.

I know the reason for rooting phones, and this is my first smartwatch, but why root? is it the same reasons that we root phones?
