I've recently rooted and installed s-off on my G2. I've Villian ROM up and running on it as well. However, I was wondering where I can find this Htc sense 2.2 ROM this guy has running on his G2 taken from xda forums (link below)? I tried looking in the other developers forum, but couldn't.
Apparently, I can't post a youtube link either. If you type "htc sense on g2" on google, it's the first video link.

Awesome!! Thanks man.
Hi all,
I'm running Android Revolution 6.3.1 on my Desire HD, I've used Cyanogenmod 7 but prefer Android Revolution. However I do love the lock animation on Cyanogenmod whereby the screen reduces to a white line and disappears.
Hope that is clear enough
I was wondering if there is any sort of mod or something that I can flash to my device so I can have the lock animation on Android Revolution?
Many thanks,
Matt
Yeah it's possible.
Have a look at This one: Mods for Android Revolution HD 6.3.x, exactly "CRT Screen On/Off Animation".
Flash it and you'll be fine.

EDIT: Seems to be removed from first post - Doesn't matter, I dropped it into my dropbox, grab it here - Feel free to hit the "Thanks"-Button
I believe he removed it for a reason. Not sure if its compatible. With 6.3.x so make a nandroid before you apply it
Do always a Nandroid
Working like a charme here - should work fine on yours as well.

Do a nandroid and try to flash it - if it doesnt work, restore the nandroid but i think it will work.

this question may have been answered before i just can't seen to find it. I'm a noob so if you're just going to come in here and say how i must be stupid or i should've searched harder or some crap it would be great if you just left. Any ways im looking to make my first custom rom based off of stock touchwiz jelly bean but i want to change the default splash screen and remove the boot animation so that there's just the image on boot up. I would also like to change the default wallpaper. how would i do this? all help is appreciated and thanks in advance for helping me out
I apologize if this has been asked before but I have searched the forums and unfortunately cannot find it. I am looking for the stock Sprint swirl boot animation. I found on called Original_Samsungs_BootAnimation.zip but it does not have the swirl. Again I apologize if I have just overlooked it but I've been searching for about an hour and cannot find it.
I have tried the method in
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1984035
but I get the samsung splash and then the green android lettering. Help?
I resintalled the ROM and it corrected my issue

Sometimes, kernels will only support bootanimation.zip files and will ignore the default samsung boot animation files. If you flash a custom kernel over the stock rom, your original boot files are there, but it is looking for a different file.
I got this awsome rom with being so eager to boot it up. But then I get stuck in the htc white screen. I am currently using miui 1.12.9 and I have the defective miui 2.7.27 too that i dont use since it is so horrible play store use.
How can I get this miui 3.2.1 on my htc incrdible 2? please step by step help much appreciated.
I am super anxious to use this but cant get passed the white htc screen.
I even read thru the unofficial miui viviow 3.2.1 rom thread
and read thru it all but am still confused and the steps in the last page of thread i followed but didnt really work.
UGH i need help guys.
I am s-off and have twrp recovery
Much appreciated!
