Dear sirs,
I've changed my avatar (from a running man to a dinossaur, just to make it clear), and it only updated on my profile.
When i post something (via web or XDA app), it keeps showing the old one.
And yes, I've cleared my cache, cookies, milk and everything else
Best regards

Did you click Edit Profile Picture under YOUR PROFILE ....or Edit Avatar under the SETTINGS & OPTIONS?
As you see one will update your profile picture, and the other will update your actual avatar.

Uploading photos to facebook does not work for me.
The behavior is the same both when selecting photo upload from the facebook app, or when chosing to share to facebook from the gallery.
The upload progress in statusbar looks good and finishes, but then an error message is displayed in the statusbar that the transfer failed.
When initiating the upload from facebook a "popup" mesage that the photo could not be added is also displayed.
I tried wipe facebook cache and data and reinstall the app but that didn't solve anything.
I'm on AOKP build25 & franco kernel 18.6.
Anyone else with the same problem?
/Fredrik
I have the same problem, haven't found a way to fix it though... I'm running pure stock.

Ok, so at least I'm not alone....
Good to know that the problem exist also on stock. I wasn't sure if I ever tested it before I flashed a custom rom.

Did you try clearing the app's cache? Logging back in and trying to upload a pic again?
Yes, I wiped cache and data and even reinstalled the app.

Facebook's app is the worst written in Android history. It isn't your fault- they just can't write an update without breaking something. It's a known issue.
Possible solution
It's maybe a little late to offer a solution, but today I finally found out what could be the problem:
I normally share my pictures with "All friends, except ... " (please excuse wrong translation; don't know how it's called in English) and all my picture uploads failed without exception. Today I wanted to share a picture with "All" my friends and... it work perfectly! I tried some more and it seems my problems are gone.
So my possible solution:
-> You have to share with "all", not with some groups or with excluded people. The Facebook App and mobile site is too stupid to work with its own lists.
When creating a new post, just tap the little gear in the lower right corner and select share with "all". It's no solution for pics you don't want to show everyone of course, but it's the only workaround that allows you to upload at all.
After trying a couple things, such as clearing the app data/cache, reinstalling the app from the market, etc. I suspect that this is related more to the APN settings on the phone. I tested this by switching the APN on my AT&T Galaxy Nexus from the Tweakker APN settings (failed to upload pics/videos) to the original CINGULAR 410 (works like a charm, although it takes forever to upload). For reference, the Tweakker settings had the APN as "phone".
Hope this helps.

So, did you read my post above? I'm almost sure it makes all the difference. Tested this with a couple of friends and it works for everyone.

it is enough to only have one list of selfmade friend list. U do not have to share to "all" but u can make list of friends that can see your pictures, call it for example "see mypic friends" and only have that in the . But if u share it to: "see mypic friends" and "mom and dad" at the same it fails
I get frequent HTM file attachments via email.
I think I chose the DB Viewer as my default and now I can't figure out how to change it back to the Html viewer. The htm attachment shows up as html code in a text editor now.
Anyone have any ideas?
Edit: Cleared cache on browser and download manager etc but that didnt help.
Go to the app section in settings.choose the default app.then hit reset defaults

Ahh if it were only that easy. I used to get a list of 4 choices a couple of those were DB Viewer and DB HTML viewer I think. I chose DB viewer which just displays the html in a text editor of some sort. The app isn't listed. You know how cryptic the internal system apps are; they don't show an app name, just the com.android.xxxx or something similar.

I believe he meant, the file Browser you used to choose the html file that gave you the options to choose with what program you should open it with.
Clear that App's defaults.

Gotcha. It was Kaiten email but clearing cache did not work.
However, I saved the attachment to the SD, opened it with ES File Explorer and it gave me the choices again so I'm all fixed up. Thanks for all the help.

Hey man no problem, and that is why they call it the musketeers
Throw me a thank you whenever you can lol, not sure what they might be for, but i see everyone asking for them.
Does anyone know which app's cache or data I have to clear for the picture to go back to the stock black and gray one that came with the update? I recently deleted my Google+ account and disabled the app yet the picture's still there.
See attachment for clarification.

I didn't have an entry so I made one and then deleted it. Didn't work. Also, I'm unable to clear the phone-related system file's caches.
Mine was empty. Dont use google±
I think zou have to remove your account by wiping some app data. Please Google for that. Then re-enable your Google account after you disabled g+
If you want to keep g+ maybe someone knows a workaround but for now I don't know another solution.
Oh one thought: In Google you have a contact picture remove it if possible or try to remove your g+ picture, But it seems to be difficult because the phone uses the picture from the Google account.
Without a workaround in android it won't work I think.
local profile
I use Google+ but mine was empty as well. I had to create a local profile in order to get the picture. Since it's separate from my gmail profile, I'm able to simply delete the local profile. I'd actually like to link my local profile with my only profile.
Did you ever figure this out? I even tried deleting the "me" contact in the People application and re-creating it, but the picture remains. If I tap it, it opens the contact that I deleted and re-created, which doesn't have the picture, so I have no idea where the stupid thing is saved.

it probably gets stored in some frameworks cache, idk. account manager, backup transport, one of those.
it would be probably be easier to just wipe data, but i can understand you don't want to.

click the pic in quick settings and try going from there
so i've found the default png picture but the colors are wrong when i set it as my picture in g+ any ideas?
also would it be possible just to block the profile picture in the hosts file? the url is https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-f_nXrseaXzE/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAXw/Lk7vV7OntKY/s120-c/photo.jpg
nevermind found a workaround what i did:
make sure you have never installed google+ and the picture is still stock, make a backup in recovery, reboot, install google+ go trough all the steps until you see your circles (profile picture doesn't matter at this point, choose anything you like or leave it stock), go to settings -> sync -> disable google+, install carbon, make a complete backup of google+ app, go to recovery, restore your old rom without google+, install carbon there if it isn't installed, restore google+ app, the profile picture will not be synced since syncing is disabled
edit: it synced after a while, not working
Stupid question, but is there a way to change which account name is being displayed at the upper left-hand corner of the quick settings? It used to say my name from my Google account, but after I logged into Twitter and authroized HTC Sense to access my Twitter account, it's been using my Twitter name.
I've de-authorized my Twitter account from HTC, logged out of Twitter, and also de-installed it to get it to change back, but no dice. Any ideas?
Maybe log into Google+? That worked for me on Vanir. Awesome rom btw.

Just bought your App!
Does what it should, but SMS and Facebook Messenger integration would be awesome
Keep up the good work!
Great app! I buyed it the first day and works fine
What I'm missing is that when I receive a message from a whatsapp group, I receive the message on the watch, but not who sent the message!

Would be nice if there would be just one App with all Services integrated. But you're the developer, do what you can
There's something I'm missing after one day of usage: When you turn the Phone on and go to the Message, it doesn't clear it on the Watch. You have to manually clear them on the Watch... -> Would be nice if all notifications on the Watch would get cleared as soon as you turn the Phones display on.
Another thing (maybe I have overseen it): Why are there so few punctuation marks? Can't make a simple smile ...

Edit: Update received via Play Store. Downloaded and installed.
Doesn't work properly any more, Messages are being receieved, but once you hit the reply button, the loading screen appears and nothing happens...

Everything seems fine here.. Try restarting the watch/phone or reinstalling?
Have you enabled accessibility?

So, I reinstalled and rebooted, still the same problem...
Accessibility is enabled, otherwise I wouldn't get the Notfications from my phone
I had also the same problem but for me it got solved after restarting the device (I think I also re-enabled the accessibility service)
