This is a great app that adds pie to your screen. Back, home, and recents. You must turn it on in accessibility and reboot your phone.
Check it out.
Remeber: You can drag and drop pie on any edge.

I hate the pie thing frankly, and it usually gets in the way of my usability of things like texting or anything on the botton screen. PA and PACMAN have this and it's so frustrating you can't turn that **** off.

I don't know what version of PA you were running but pie has always been an optional feature on the "mothership" & original version of PA built for the Nexus 4 by @molesarecoming & gang.
I used full screen / expanded desktop with pie the greater majority of the time since Nexus 4's release and it was the best Android experience I've ever had. I honestly never had a problem with PA's pie getting in the way at the bottom, especially with the "trigger area" adjustable setting. Sorry to hear it wasn't such a good experience for you man!

I'm sure there was a bunch of time spent on it but with PACMAN (which includes PA) there is no way to turn it off. Another thing that bugged me about PACMAN (I dont remember if it did this at the time that I used just straight up PA) but it included the software back/home/menu keys whatever you call that. I much prefer hardware buttons to software ones (software just takes up real estate) and they'd be enabled by default even on samsung devices.
Anyways thanks for working on PA though!

I really like NotifierPro Plus, so I thought I'd share. For $2.63 this app is a must have imo, I've been using it for a couple days now and absolutely love it. There is a free version available as well. It's very customizable and works great on my Galaxy Nexus. It has a bunch of themes, most are free, but for an extra $1.30 you can get this really sweet ICS theme. Hope you enjoy the app as much as I do.
I have it.. but $1.30 is a lil steep for just a theme.. I love it too

But when it's something you use every day and you get to keep forever its really not steep. You pay that much or more for a 20oz drink that you don't enjoy for more than an hour. I mean, if it's not a theme your into I understand, but I couldnt ask for a better one.
I have the paid version and its great check out my review

Works great!!

Reminds me a lot of iOS which is praticly what it is . Not bad

I have enough with a company iPhone that I have to carry everyday day. The worst phone, the worst os, all is bad with apple. So if it remember me iOs I pass on this one.
To me its not about if it looks like Android or iOS. When I am wearing my glasses I can usually read whats in my notif bar just fine, but when I am not I have a hard time doing that. So making the text bigger for a few seconds is a big advantage for me. Throw some sweet looking themes and complete customization per app and I'm sold. It may be a feature similar or even adapted from iOS, but you can tell from my screenshot it looks much better than iOS and to me it just feels like it should have been there all along..

It seems the banner is cut off for Samsung Note and S2. It falls behind any wallpaper. Any idea?
I'd use this if the technology was there to allow it to remove the notifications from the status bar. But alas, it isn't possible. =/

Is there any way to disable the default notification for missed calls? This would make NotifierPro perfect!
Right now I disabled default notifications for all apps I use (SMS, Mail, PlayStore, GMail, G+, ...), but it seems the Phone app doesn't have any options to disable notifications, or did I miss something?

I just found this on the play store guys and I think it's pretty awesome, this is the only new feature that I loved about iOS7, it's pretty handy IMO. Thought I shared it.
I'm just sharing it, I couldn't find the post where the app was born ( I'm pretty sure was developed here on xda ), but anyways, if you find the maker, thank him, and be sure to leave 5 star to promote development.
Here is what it looks like on my device.

No offence but if I wanted my phone to look like an iPhone then I'd still have my iPhone lol ... I'm sure some people will appreciate this app though, at least if/when they iron out the issues current users seem to experience with it
I actually tried this the other day and I really didn't like it. Its kind of askward since it is right by my app drawer button. So I found myself hitting that instead. Or it would do both.
I much prefer power toggles or something similar in my notification drawer. Not to mention the colors on the center are just plain ugly and don't blend well with anything.
Just my opinion!

I can't get how getting a quick settings alike will make your android look like an android, this is not a theme or whatsoever. Well I just wanted to share it, I'd never use an iPhone that's for sure but control center is way better option than both quick toggles/ quick settings on android IMO.

Curious as I notice you are running a Venom ROM.
If so what benefit does this have over using the Quick Setting in the pulldown, does that not offer even more?
Nevermind, the mod took care of it....

Wasn't using venom rom when I posted this.
I don't have a Note 2 but am considering. Can't do the Touchwiz thing so I'm wondering the functionality of the sPen without it.
Simple question: I realize all the TW specific features will be lost but can the sPen be used anywhere in Non-TW roms where one would use their finger?
ie Will it perform like an old stylus from Windows Mobile device days? So purely via resistive use and not software driven.
This would be plenty enough for me. But if it's completely crippled then I may have to rethink.
Thanks for any response!
Yes it works, and many ROMs have settings for the pen.
I use slim rom and it has settings to setup what happens when you swipe left, right, up, down, etc.

It will still work, but you'll lose 99% of the cool features. Touchwiz really isn't that bad. I tried running paranoid android for a few weeks. Came back to Jedi just to get the pen apps back. That's why I bought the Note in the first place!

S-Note, and the ability for the phone to tell you that you left the pen sitting on the desk when you walk away.

Aside from the ability to launch an app when the pen is removed (which can be replaced with certain apps) the double tap to open sNote, and the ability to do the lasso copy thing when you press the button is about it. And i have to say I don't really notice the loss of those 2 features.

I can do most of that with GMD S Pen Gestures.
Alright, so since I had an HTC One M8 lying around after upgrading to this bad boy I decided to go ahead and change the RUU on the M8 to the GPE edition and load the new Lollipop 5.0.1 and fell in love with the new launcher. The animations are beautiful along with the design changes, so here it is. I have went through and tested everything on here to make sure it looks and acts just like it does on the GPE edition. Of course you won't have Google Now to the far left (which also got a nice little UI overhaul in lollipop) but, that's what the long press on the home button is for. For best settings you will need the prime, but this will still look pretty dead on without it. Steps are simple:
-Download the file below
-Using root explorer, (or whatever file browser you prefer) place the file in /storage/data/com.teslacoilsw.launcher/backup
-Open Nova
-Long press open spot -> settings -> backup and import -> restore or manage backups -> lollipop replica -> yes
-Enjoy having Lollipop home screen

The Google now launcher does not have the animations, the correct grid sizes in the app drawer, or the same looks as this does. But, if you want a 3x4 grid that looks like the DPI is extremely too high, be my guest.
No need to get ugly. I didn't realize that the GNL didn't meet your needs. It doesn't look near as good on this phone as Nova, but it does have the great google now integration.

Nova is awesome. I just switched from Apex Pro, and I'm so glad I spent the $4 to get Nova. So much smoother and faster animations. I've got the Google now widget on one of my home screens. Not as seamless as the GNL, but it gets the job done.

I didn't think it sounded that bad. I wouldn't have been offended.
Not uncommon for people to get upset when reply says what was said wouldn't work or be as good.
Is there a way to have this feature on our phones? I've tried a few apps, but it isn't the same.
Any modules or rooted apps you might recommend will be greatly appreciated ????
If you will leave the phone upright, you can use an app like this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.plexnor.gravityscreenofffree&hl=en
Glance Plus is close, but not perfect.
"Always On" on the play store is really good. It is probably the best that I have found honestly with the most features. The developer is open to suggestions as well.
I use Tasker for that. I set it up so when connected to any power, screen time out changes to 23 hrs, 59 min, 59 sec if screen is on. When state is disconnected from power, time out changes back to 1 minute.

Max OD's TMobile S7 port had the best implementation of AOD I've used, but it was still buggy and annoying...i disabled it straight away. I don't think Samsung has even had it working all that well. Different strokes and all that, but I don't see much point in the feature, makes the phone feel like an LG clamshell from '04.

Hi
On the Note Edge 915 Noble Rom the screen saturates, like it is a Xray picture... But the AOD works with the fix that has been given in the third post of the Noble Rom. But the display beeing Xray'd isnt nice, so hopfully there will be a fix for this.
