Excellent question. I should have noticed that. It explains the, uh, inability to boot.

Lol yeah I'm still downloading it but I checked the pull down menu progress and saw the file size and thought "wait... What?"

Good thing I'm anal-retentive about nandroids. I'm usually that way about checking MD5s too, and I didn't do that in this case. Wouldn't have helped anyway.

Anyone can provide with a logcat because the ROM with boots on other HTC One Variants ...

I've already restored a nandroid of another ROM. And, I must admit, I don't know how to create a logcat anyway. Can you do it if the device doesn't get past the boot animation? It went on for a good 10 minutes or more before I gave up.
OP says this ROM is based on CM. The current nightly build of CM is 187 MB. Yours is 128 MB. I'm thinking maybe it didn't all upload?

Nope the size is okay ...its same as m7ul,m7spr size ......ROM is a hybrid of the sources of CM,Slim,PA etc.Mainly Slim...I think I missed a couple of vemdor blobs

I'm the same way major. First thing I do when I install a ROM and get it all set is nandroid. I still have unrooted stock to fall back on if something goes horribly awry.
I'll definitely attempt the flash once its reupped. Sounds very promising.

Not going to lie, not familiar with that kernel. But you may use any cm11 4.4.x compatible kernel. Anything else will result in bootloop

Clear app (play store) data.

Phone call will call but can not close call. have to restart the phone to end it.
SMS does not work.( tried updating smcs ect)

Um that's kinda the HF theme to it. You can change it but you'd need a root browser and a new image.

The slider we opted for our HF logo. Yes we want center clock too. That's on the list to be added.
For nav bar, does it do anything? Like the option gets checked then unchecked? Can you be a but more specific please.
As for LCD density not working, how are you attempting to change it?

I always use external I'm using stock kernel and banks core gapps havent had any issues, apart from viber FCing when trying to answer or make a call.
@storte in the other liquid thread it says there implementing a fix and a new build us under way links soon.

I also used stock kernel but pa gapps from 23.01.14. I restore my backup for a moment and when the fix is up i try again

I noticed it says it has all the features from SlimKat V3. Slimkat stopped working for Herc's not long before they released V3, people were getting black screens and other boot fails. I wonder if we're getting it now because of those features. This is pure conjecture of course but might be helpful in fixing the issue.

Can anyone get me a log to look at? I didn't know the Herc had any problems with Slim. If I can't get it figured out I'll take this rom down. Sorry guys.
EDIT: I'm going to switch to Liquid's device trees tonight after work and re build.

Yeah Slimkat officially dropped all support for this phone and another one. They posted this on the official website a while back. Won't be surprised if CM does that next. You heard it here first.

Going to build again tonight for both devices. If anyone still has this on their phone would you quick flash with an alternate kernel on top and let me know if it boots all the way. I think it might be the kernel or tool chain I'm using to build.

Flashed with 2 different kernels. Same effect. Black screen and flashed without gapps and with. I'm waiting for tonight's late night build.

Ive been waiting for a very long time for an aosp rom with the tw like brightness slider. The cm sliding your finger across the stautus bar is not the same. Thank you downloading now! ��
:do we neee to flash loki doki?
Edit: i kept getting a bunch of popups at boot. Unfortunately google/setepwizard/sinc/ect stopped. I used latest banks minimal 4.4.2 gapps 4/16. Could that be it?

The problem I'm having is I can't get gapps to flash without fc's and crashes, setup, settings, google play, are all fc'ing. I even flashed the rom first then went back in and flashed gapps it's a no go

I've tried PA and Slim gapps. Micro and mini, same results. Don't think it's the gapps.

The same happens to me.

I just flashed 5-02 build with same results. What a shame.
