Both Links are Full Roms, just that these don't come in *.zip format
A Detailed Instruction on how to Flash these is here -> LINK
as far as I recall is Odin a Tool specific to Samsung Branded Devices?

Based on your image galore I guessed it worked all well let us know in the main thread if you found out something new, or just have a nice chat over stuff for the HAM
Rooting with eRoot is the way to go. But you know that already. For B905 use v.1.3.4.

Hi.
Just wanted to share. This maybe happen to only as i dont recall anyone complaining about this.
When i upgraded to certain rom version for ham, afyer a clean wipe, whether root or not, i do hv problems with FC when installung just some of gapps. So after a few research, i did a whole gapps zip flashed then the FC gone. At first installing few important gapps like google play and play service works well but after some times it crashes with the errors comes out every 5 to 10 seconds.
In B905 i need to flash the full gapps zip which the only one i get to work is from (if notmistaken) svaa links.
Do coorect me if im wrong. Thanks.

i think is the best way and safer to root any android smart phone is via using Kingo Android ROOT
what about android 4.3 !!!
i have no proplem to instal the english room with no google apps !!
are you sure that the 4.2.2 is beta not the final version... there are no bugs everything working great
it's fast and stable.. and you can change the language from chains to English and there are no problem to install Google apps

Well indeed what about android 4.3 i guess our hands are bound till Huawei releases a Firmware with 4.3. since we don't have any other sources atm.
Patience is the key ^^ sorry that i couldn't provide you with other infos regarding 4.3

Well over in the Main Section we are quite sure that the B905 is the final Beta version of the Firmware, Although it indeed runs pretty smooth there could be some bugs left.
Maybe Huawei releases a General version of the Firmware in the next time. :fingers-crossed:
Yes b905 is beta according to the chinese and german site. There might be bugs but minors as i experienced them now but it doesnt seem to disturb any apps except my smartlauncher pro getting very laggy (that is under my ham apps only). Some people might hv issues and we'll wait for the chinese to get into it after some people brought up those issues first. For global release maybe need some more times.
As for android 4.3, i dont think we'll see it soon because even now not all regions get to taste the new android in their evwn famous and high-end phones like htc one, galacy s4 and those notes...
For our HAM, hope huawei dont run away...

huawei say the phone will work 48 hours !!
but the phone can work more than 50 hours in the normal use !! and in the power saving mode maybe 60 or more !!!

The Beta is B905 (multi language, yes there is french).
While the new release B906 is 4.2.2 and not beta (seems not stated as beta). I think thats the latest rom we hv for the time being. The lunks havent gone through here but you can go to our forum (received my huawei mate)..

i mixed two existing roms together to one flashable zip file

The russian one update_4.0.3_rc_mod_v4.0 is a miui with OTA and everything works great, also Italian...
What is the difference with yours ?

3g hdspa and dual sim works good..
What not works is the 2nd keyboard app.
The standard ics works perfectly , not miui.
What I didn't tested :
Hdmi out

Depends on the chinese developer if he will fix that,
3g service enabled in settings? And data in toggles?

Sorry for late reply. Sorry, I am not a developer and an addicter of mobile hacking. I tested miui rom (beta) of Star N8000 from mobileuncle.com to my Dapeng A9230+ device. (because specifications are same as n8000). After flashing successfully, It stuck in booting and no display. Then I flashed my device's uboot and boot images to that Rom. Display came , miui logo came and then hanged.
I will be a tester, If you help me to port Miui for Dapeng A9230+.

This build is very much identical with the official build, u can switch from official and my build without any fear of having to wipe your phone.. the only difference is that i have the build script change the cyanogenmod version to more reflect like a nightly

there are a few issues with 3g/4g switching, but if u were to go into the testing menu (*#*#4636#*#* in dialer) and switch it to gsm/cdma it should situate itself if u get stuck in 3g only

ok people, this rom has similar issues but it is rather smoother.. just started running it will report if i run into freezes and such and i expect there to be reports about them too! only issue i really see is the black boxes for browser and apps that use the chromium code..

Are there any mirrors? I have been trying to download for a half an hour and I am also wondering why is this build so humongous? If you provide link to gapps I am assuming that gapps is not in the package so. I am happy to see this up, I am however, jonesing to flash it which is impossible to do without the file!

I feel the same way. If CM is supporting our device then we have the most dev support and best chance at a graphic glitch fix. I don't think it'll be very soon per se but CM support means the most possible devs (hopefully willing) are working on this issue.

yes, there is the rom on my Google drive.. I have been trying to research about Google drives bandwidth limits with no results.. next build the torrent will have the Google drive link as a seed too

I wouldn't put to much hope on CM support for Toro, try looking at the most recent CM support we had with the Data drops on 4.3...
I'm running dhackers cm-11 build right now. I switched to ART and lost superuser. Just wondering if anyone here has tried and what results they're having. I even flashed supersu and apps such as trickster mod tell me I'm not rooted.

I believe all 4.3 Roms had that issue. I'm currently using the nightlies and I don't have any data drops.

@justen7723 - I'm trying out the "Experience" 4.4 toro ROM, and after seeing your post checked, and I indeed appeared to have lost root, despite having flashed supersu v1.69 zip right after the ROM. But... I just went to the Play store, installed Super SU and fired it up. It noted that it needed to update the binary, and I chose the option to have it use "CWM or TWRP" to install the binary (I have the latest CWM Touch installed, which is what i used to wipe the phone and flash the ROM in the first place -- when Philz Touch catches up, I'll go back to that, for for now straight CWM works fine). The phone booted into CWM, ran the script that Super SU had created, installed the new binary, booted up -- and now Android Root Toolkit confirms that I am, indeed, rooted, and I can check -- grant superuser status as needed. All working now. Suggest you give it a try -- works fine in this ROM, and I suspect it would work for you as well.

By the way seems very smooth, only question I have is what is up with the file size? It is monstrous!

Maybe, maybe not. I've been running the M1 SNAPSHOT and have had zero date issues with my phone. The rom is super-stable and I love it. If we don't get a almost not bug CM11 I will be happy with CM10.2 4.3.1 the way it is now in the M1 status.

I've ran this for about an hour or so. The only thing I majorly notice is the graphical glitches. When I go into ScoreCenter and click on game previews, the text that it tries to bring up is glitching and you can't even read it, while it blacks out certain parts. So far though, this would be pretty close to being a daily driver for my 1-2 hour experience. No random reboots even though Google auto-installed like 20+ apps in a row, and I uninstalled many default Google apps through Titatium Backup.

i do apologize the confusion people are having.. I do have it on my Google drive with the link to it in the op.. u may make mirrors =]
next build I will be situating Google drive as a seeder so torrent shouldn't be an issue later

Nice to hear that there is an international custom ROM for Mate will be coming out. As for now I am using Chinese custom ROM fro reason because there are some features which are unavailable in official international build, such as call recording, as well as some customization features. Though I hate Chinese ROM in some way, there are Chinese apps preinstalled and cant be uninstalled even in Titanium Backup. I believe that the apps will definitely taking up processor capacity and also mobile data. So what I did is have them frozen by Titanium Backup, luckily they never show up anymore.
I would expect an international build of custom ROM to have more customization features such as status bar and notification panel appearance tweak, call recording function is also greatly expected. Most importantly it must be clean and without any unwanted preinstalled apps.
Thanks and looking ahead for a beautiful ROM to be available soon...

We need to make little modification. Don't install that rom it will replace kernel and it can brick your device. If my ROM works properly then i will port kk for you guys.

Not really sure, if you can install TWRP 2.6.3.5 because was made for P6 !
If you already installed Huawei KK for P6 in your device and the HAM still survives , than yes you can install TWRP !
For touchscreen issue, we cannot do something until Huawei will release kernel source code !

and what are the pro's for KK rom with old kernel... none... no difference in speed or battery life, no trim support etc... so i prefer 100% working jb roms than experimental non CN KK roms...

Since I posted screenshots I think I must have tried it.
So you are still window shopping?
As described in OP, the ROM is light and fast, it has lots of great features. Some people experienced problem with Play store not finishing downloads (fixed by rebooting, after which download completes) or as some users reported by flashing particular gapps from the link posted in OP.
Battery life seems ok with customizable power manager.

I get stucked on huawei ascend logo. But if i flash on top of miui, it works, but there comes a lot of force close. Any help?

Has anyone succeed to download this rom?
the links doesnt work, and in Lewa website there isnt rom for P6, only G6 rom is available
So an important step for porting ist modifying the Boot.img but our beloved fire phone doesn't has that or at least I can't find it So I need your answers if you could help me with that

- First ensure you can access the amazon stock recovery
- If you can then go ahead and flash the ROM via Safestrap
- If it fails to boot or flash then reload a different rom via Safestrap
- Losing safestrap is the worst case in which you can just sideload the official amazon 4.6.6 ROM and start again

So you as a very good Developer with much experience can maybe help me at porting the update Script. It looks like you used a nexus 5 marshmallow ROM as the base ROM, why?
If i am correct then fundamentally this can't work. You're updater script for the ROM is still for the nexus 5 too. It will fail on the first assertion.
In order to port correctly we should start with aosp for fire nexus ROM as the base then apply changes using the KitKat version of miui patchrom.

What was your base ROM that you used?
What was your port ROM?
The base rom updater-script looks on the surface to be Amazon's with some firmware bits removed, this won't work as it has a lot of Amazon specifics which won't be present in your custom ROM providing you did not use FireOS as your base ROM.
The port rom updater-script looks to be from a Nexus 5 marshmallow ROM.

Original this Miui 7 Rom was Kitkat but it seems it has been updatet to marshmallow

- Yes the port ROM you linked is for Marshmallow, so this cannot work. The framework, apps and libs are not compatible with our kitkat rom.
- Also I think you will struggle to make FireOS boot with these modifications
- Better to take my AOSP or CM rom as your base
- Then if you are going to use the port rom method find a kitkat based MIUI rom.

Hm ok. I will try it with CM and a compitable Miui Rom at the weekend because the lack of time. But then you can help me with the updater script right?
