I'm using a uccw for the clock and I download the broncos skin from here
the broncos wallpaper I modified abit and grabbed it from here.
As for the missed calls, email and texts I created that myself in uccw and tweaked simple calendar with the broncos colors.
As for the menu at the bottom I added it to the wallpaper and used a transparent icon to be able to click on them.
Here s my homescreen simple but sexyyy

Here is my "note"book doodle theme.
If you notice in the second screen, It reads "don't steal music" and in the third screen the word music is gone that is because the word music isn't apart of the wallpaper it is a widget. didn't think ahead about that.
1st screen: check mail, messages, and search are widgets
2nd screen: music is a widget
3rd: call is a widget. and yes that is a fake number.
one of the biggest reasons I love android. It lets me think outside the apple.
On my Evo4G I was able to tap the clock icon in order to set an alarm or use the timer.
For some reason I'm not able to do that with the GN2. I's there not a way to do it?
Only way I have found is to open the clock app or set a widget for your alarms

To turn off lock screen clock go to Settings> Lock Screen> Lock Screen Options. Not sure about the status bar clock though.

Hi just got my note 3, and I would like to ask my fellow xda members if they know how to access the text msg received from the lockscreen. Like on my note 2 I can just swipe the msg (envelope icon) fromthe lockscreen and it will directly open the text msg. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Yeah. Not sure why they are adding more useless features and removing the ones people actually used.

That sucks, the one that note 2 has is better easy access. Even the favorite contacts widget is gone.

I tried double tapping on the lockscreen when a msg arrives and it works, but its a hit and miss thing.
Sent from my SM-N900T using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I use a passcode. When I get a message, I click on it and enter my passcode and it opens.

Here's what you do, when you get message or call put your finger on it and slide down than you will see a white box surrounding a square then click on the message and it will go ..it's the same thing you do with your clock widget to show the weather on the lock screen

Oh I see. I'm using pattern so I can't do that. I can't see an option to swipe then enter a pattern to unlock. I had that in my S3 with shortcuts on the lock screen.

settings> device> lockscreen>turn on personal message>inside personal message select edit personal message. There are two boxes that you uncheck to remove the clock and the date from the lockscreen. Hope this helps.
I tried this but it didnt work for me, tried skiding down the msg and I does nothing

The thing about the the new message on the lockscreen is you can do the same thing by just swiping down on your notification bar and clicking on the message from there.
This is so redundant and useless.

In assuming that there are quite a few people that use HD Widgets, so I'm hoping I might be able to get some help with this. I'm trying to use the status bar weather notification that is built into the app. It works perfectly fine until I reboot my phone, and then it only appears after I open up HD Widgets - then it will work like it should until I reboot again.
I've changed literally every setting that would make sense to change in the app for the problem I'm having, and nothing worked.
Any suggestions?
