Camera question/problem

Hi,
I'm having two problems with this phone's camera:
1. Color problem - there is too much red on every pic is made, well at least on phone screen
2. Autofocus problem - even when I tap screen on place where I want it to be focused and making photos outside with good light, almost all photos aren't sharp
what can I do about that? Can I change camera software?

Strange light next to camera

Hello guys,
I foun a strange red "light" next to my front camera. Will upload a picture very soon, but has someone an idea, what it is? It is red, but only lights up, if screen is locked. When the screen is off, or unlocked the "light" is off to.
I have not found something similar here...
Please tell me it is not dangerous
Proximity sensor.

The teardown at https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/Google+Pixel+C+Teardown/62277 says at Step 4 "The front-facing camera assembly contains a 2 MP selfie cam, ambient light sensor, and what looks like a camera indicator LED." Full size photo at https://d3nevzfk7ii3be.cloudfront.net/igi/NgYV6anKZIYNCi3p - if you get a blank screen look at your browser scroll bars, you may be viewing the top LH corner.
I've never seen the LED lit. The Nexus 9 has a notification LED that does nothing (possibly) and the thread ran to 90+ posts (including x-ray photos) http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-9/general/led-nexus-9-t2929379
This is the camera auto focus laser. It can be seen whenever the front camera is turned on. Google turns on your camera in the lock screen so it can use trusted face unlock - even if you have not enabled trusted face.

But why the red light is not glowing when taking photos with the front cam?
Still very mysterious
I wasn't able to see it while making a photo with Front camera. I'm not even sure, if I have seen the light before. I'm sure I haven't noticed it before, but it is quite bright. Can you see it too?

Black lines in high contrast pics with HDR on in stock camera?

Hi, this question is actually about an AT&T V35, but since that phone doesn't have its own sub and it shares a camera module with the G7, I figured I'd ask here. I love most things about the camera and UI, but when I take pics of high contrast environments, I get really nasty colors and black lines on every other pixel. This does not happen at all without HDR on. Any solutions or ideas? Stock LG cam, version 7.0.132.25. Here's a pic as an example, one is zoomed out, the other is full crop. I know going to GCam solves this, but I prefer the zoom UI on the stock LG camera.
Edit: It is not PWM in light power supply, as this happens with fluorescent and incandescent light sources and the lines are very sharp. The lines also occur top to bottom of the phone, meaning they are horizontal in landscape orientation.
Sorry if a V35 post isn't allowed here, please remove if so.

Abnormal colors on selfie camera in low light

Hey
So I bought the phone (Note10+ 5G) about 3 days ago and everything was working fine even the selfie cam
But today when I changed live focus effect everything get ruined especially in low light
In the viewfinder there is a color flicker and a part of the screen changes to green or red effect
And everything get worse in video
Here is a 2sec sample in low light:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-3bzKBjWNgb2OtRRSEwcwiGFniwd5d9b/view?usp=drivesdk
So what is wrong here?
edit / nevermind, watched the video and do not understand your problem...
live focus ? color flicker?
In live focus the effect green/red exists as part of the background effect. Your video does not show anything since there is nothing to focus on. You need a face for it to show anything correctly.
And you can change the live focus effect at the bottom of the screen, you have several icons for this and the far right icon is the red/green thingy.
If you cannot manage to get the settings right, just reset the camera (settings -> scroll down to initialize parameters).
Also, do not activate HDR+ for videos (available for 1920x1080 30p). This option is in beta and is buggy with many colour artefacts.
he's trying to take **** pics in the dark. doesnt like the out come. he thinks filters can correct small penis syndrome.

Blue tint on my Galaxy m51 while using dark mode.

I've enabled dark mode on my phone. And while scrolling through Instagram or any other app I can see that when the black region in the photo moves it leaves behind a blue/navy tint. The same is true when swiping the photos in gallery and other places as well. The issue doesn't occur when using the normal light mode. Are you guys also facing this issue?*
You won't get to see it directly. But then if you notice carefully you'll observe this. It occurs mainly when there's a change in colours while using dark mode. Like when there are images, checking for wallpapers on 3rd party apps, social media, etc. Do let me know about it.*
This is really bad news. I avoided the Galaxy A71 for this reason and with your comment I'm now seeing signs that that the Galaxy M51 has those same issues.
If anything I have to avoid grey import websites now because I want to be able to refund the phone if I encounter the same problem.

Don't have this problem on my m31s while using dark mode may because m51 uses csot amoled display?

Update.
I went to the Samsung service center in Bangalore. They checked it out too and were like it's the first time someone reported this. And they couldn't do much about it. Also they showed me a few s9's and some other samsung devices with sAmoled displays and the same blue tint issue was there but a little less. So there's nothing to worry about. But I still kinda feel bad about it. Having to look at it all the time xD

There is, the fact that this issue appears on other phones doesn't make it any better for people who end up with a inferior looking display.
Especially considering that this is the most visible when using dark theme and displaying black in general and 100% black is why a lot of people go for OLED displays.
This actually makes me think I'd be better off with an LCD if AMOLED screens have issues with burn-in, color tint and smearing.
My m51 (brazilian one) have this blue tint thing, and also the screen didn't got calibrated very well, so the white seems to be a little green. So I calibrated it
