i'm from phlippines, my brother left his note2(n7100) as a gift before going back to germany to work.
my problem is that my n7100 has a poor network signal. can i flash it directly with philippine firmware specifically with this rom N7100XXDMC3_N7100OLBDMD1_XTE.zip

yes you can flash any country firmware, as long as it is for your model phone. Signal strength is partially a result of the modem installed, not so much the country-specific firmware.
Maybe you are new to flashing - I'm unsure if your device is currently rooted with custom recovery -- more information would be helpful.
Read Dr Ketan guides, he has many written on different subjects, search his name on xda and read his threads. You will come across a solution.

by the way, under battery says: EXCA100 so, I am not really sure if this model is the same of EXCA200....I don't know...All I want to do is put it Spanish Language......

Since your phone is not Hard-SPL'd or CID unlocked it does a vendor ID check when flashing a ROM you need to flash the specific carrier version.
The way to bypass this is Hard-SPL your device, instruction in sticky.
Please sir, could you point me out the exact sticky for HARD SPL for this model? I can't find it....

Hello everyone
i recently decided to root my Note2 ,
but then i couldnt reach OTA updates so i had to flash to stock
i flashed to stock (but i think i flashed the wrong rom)
then the phone was struggling to open pictures apps and generally work properly
so i decided to flash it again (i think again i flashed with wrong rom)
can someone help me and tell me which rom to install there is a screenshot from checkfus
also i would like to wipe everything from inside the phone.

To recover OTA updates you need to reset your binary counter. (you need root access)
So you should root your device again then reset your counter and finally flash a stock firmware.

which one is the right one for my device?
On Sammobile website you can sort by country. Choose the latest one for your country.

I only need someone to link me to an updated guide to root my handset because i heard it also depends on your baseband version?
It's an unlocked n7100 by the way, i bought it for the full price.

just an advice.. you really gotta read a lot about rooting ang flashing before doing it so.. so in case something undesirable happened, you have Plan B. Keep on bookmarking important pages. Good luck
I also want to know how. My phone system is 4.3.
There are many tutorials in general section but have a look here:

Please note, rooting is different for different builds (4.12 vs 4.22 vs 4.3 etc) so make sure you follow the guides for your particular builds..
the newer ones might require a certain bootloader.

I´m new with my HTC ONE M9 and stuck in android 6.0, every time I try to upgrade to 4.27.651.4 Over the Air, the response is my OS is corrupted.
Actually:
Bootloader is Locked,
CID is 111111111, and
S-Off.
What am I doing wrong? or What is wrong?
I have tried, flashing 0PJAIMG.zip, RUU´s, and nothing works.
I´m very new with HTC´s but learn fast, If any of you could bring to me a Step by Step in order to repair my phone..!
I´m desperated. Any help is much appreciated..!

Hi, thank you for your reply, yes i tried many time with many countries but unfortunately it didn't work , i will try with new firmware and loader but i need to wait a little bit more bcoz I can't find it. thanks.
And with Honor suite on a PC 🖥 ?!
of course i did, it's says I've the last version
It is a pity that Honor do not allow downloading official firmwares on their site like OnePlus and consorts!
