req&help - Sony Xperia ZL

hi
plz help me how to create governor and io for xperia zl with stock kernel?

Find a guide for building android kernels, and find another guide for adding in governors and whatnot. A few google searches should suffice for finding this.

[Q] Overclocking

I am a noob. Can someone give me a list of roms that can do overclocking. I find that some roms allow me to overclock and and some do not. It would also be appreciated if someone could post a guide or what app they use to overclock. A quick explanation on how to overclock would help a lot.
Thanks for whatever part you can help me with!
It's not the Rom itself that allows you to overclock, It's the kernel. Just flash an overclock kernel on top of any Rom you like and you're good to go. Make sure you research compatibility first.
Once you flash an oc kernel just use setcpu from the market.

The overclock kernel thread can be found here
Like Phateless said make sure the kernel is compatible and download SetCPU from the market.
To add to that - if you're using Cyanogen 6.1 then you don't need to flash a kernel. It's built into the rom, just get SetCPU from the market (or here) to adjust your max clock (don't set profiles if you use the interactive governor).

What is the best kernel to use with the new express rom?

I installed the new Express rom without installing a new kernel so I still have the stock kernel that is on the phone. I wanted to change to another kernel that goes well with this rom especially helping with battery life. What do you guys suggest? I was reading on the other forums and read to go with classic sbc kernel? not sure what is or where I would find the kernel to download. Thanks for the help!
There is no right answer. Different people have different results with the same kernel, so just try a few of the popular ones out for yourself. Experiment with different governors and I/O schedulers too.

This is just my two cents but I would personally go with either #1 choice: Underworld Kernel. Plan B: #2 choice: Mason Kernel.

[Request] For any kernel dev. guide

This is a request for any samsung developer with some time off to write a guide on OC/UV kernels, something samsung related. I would love to learn and maybe others would benefit too. Thank you in advance!

[Q] [DEV Help] How to make a Custom ROM Based on Stock .96(XAS)

Guys .. I'm trying to develop my own rom based on Stock Acro S (JB .96) however there are many tutorials that are not giving a good development base for me, because there tutorials for ICS and JB using different tools and OS ...
I already developed my own kernel (not unlike the Stock Cabatro's .96) because I cant founding something concrete also talking about adding the governors / schedulers and modifying the frequency tables ... (I need help on this too)
In general wish someone would give me a faithful way forward to make the Beta ROM (Stock .96) and Kernel version modified to provide to users on forum for testing...
Any help on this would be great
(I Can Develop that on Ubuntu 12.04 and Windows 8.1)

[Q] CM12.1 stock kernel features?

Hello everyone!! I have been a long time follower of Xda. This is my first post here, so please excuse my noobishness. I have been searching the forums, & Google for the past 2 days trying to find an answer to my question: Does the *stock* cm12.1 (official nightlies) come with an alternative to MP-decision (hotplug) & thermald?!?! I'm desperate to know! I've installed kernel adiutor and noticed a message stating that if my kernel has an alternative, to disable the option in the app... So I'm confused & haven't been able to find any info at all on the stock cm12.1 kernel, or what features it has, which would also be helpful & nice to know! Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help me out!!
