[Theme] Darknessv2.5.1

Hi this is on my galaxy s custom JPY rom darkys v8.0 and also works on docs rom JPY
USE AT OWN RISK
First of all this is not my theme. I played with a few minor tweaks to do with status bar icons.
Big thankyou to all the people involved which made this happen, if i have missed anyone then please drop me a message.

I wont bore you with to much detail due to it basically being Reefermattness theme. Below you will see screen shots of the changes made. this finishes the theme off to make it fully black and white for all us dark fans also there be 2 more download of gingerbread dark keyboard and transparent dialer and contacts in one. see the screenshots below.

I like the theme. I like black. although I'm not yet going to install it yet. I know this will get better soon.

I did Reefermattness and R64 added the extra tweaks to finish off all black and white
The extra 2 apps. dark gingerbread keyboard and the transparent dialer/contacts is from Djdarkknight

This is finished, there will be no more tweaks done to this. maybe if i notice something which could do with a little touching up then i will do or get the help to do so. But this is something which i got done for myself and just thought for all the other people who may be looking for what i was then here it is for them to use and hope you enjoy

hey yh thats not standard font. thats just one of the extra system fonts you can change in settings. inless you change it like i did then it will all be in normal system font

Tried downloading and installing juz the dialer and contact.
Does not work, fcing my things after restart. Have to reinstall the old dialer and contact.
Nice dialer btw. too bad I cant use juz the dialer.. would be cool~!~

you can use just the dialer. i did before? the only time i get force close is after someone rings me but it dont matter cause it happens after the call lol

Using just the dialler on darkys 8.0, looks great but lots of bugs and fc after call as said before. If a dev could fix and incorporate into a rom or working it would be fantastic.

totally agree. although the themes contacts and dialer is pretty much exactly the same but black rather then transparent background. thats what im using now cause of the bugs in the transparent one, try it out

Downloading now, only slight gripe is, and it's probably because you're from Essex, but........that S and texture in the notifications drop down makes it look like a poxy XR3i

hahahaha that s wasnt a mod by me lol that was already on there from the original theme i used. but yh now you mention it it does look like something off a kitted car. maybe a citreon saxo grill or something ey? lol

[REQ] white theme

Hi there devs
so i have a simple request (i think) i would like a white theme that is just like stock ICS... so leave all the blue, and such, just turn the black into white (with the exception of the nav bar and status bar) everything else, either white or a light grey (kinda like MIUI is but except having the orange have the stock ICS blue, i would go to MIUI but 1. i hate orange, and 2, i have market place issues with MIUI)
i really hope someone can take on this project and do this for me... i knwo alot of other users might like the same thing...

No... I don't want the blue accent changed to white. I want all the current black backgrounds white/light grey. Etc. You go into settings the whole background is black. I want white/light grey.
And I want the icons to stay ics stock. Not to change.

and ya i saw that ghost one... dont like that at all... like i said above, looking for the exact same thing as AOSP black but for someone to turn the menu backgrounds (eg settings) into white...
ya i am using the sense theme now. i like it, but wanting to try the white one... but i dont like the green of it... hence why i would like what i mentioned above made... i'm sure there are plenty out there looking for AOSP white holo...

I second this. Black is nice, but its nice to have a white based theme. Not completely white. Just white menus, and stock ICS apps that look right with white and respective font color to meet the white.

exactly! so like the contact app is right now.... when you open it it was a white/light grey... i want that everywhere like in the setting... that background in the setting screen, call log, dial pad, etc etc etc but leaving the blue ICS signal meter , etc, etc as it is

That challenge would be incredibly difficult. I think BGill's theme is the closest you're going to get from a guy who started Android theming.

Border is no problem. Widget text is usually dependent on an xml code, but if it's easy to find, i'll take a stab at it quickly.

Been wanting to do a different color scheme, then i realize there are over 10,000 images total to be redone and then i go play Mass Effect lol. On the flixster widget, do you want the blue bg removed entirely, or just the black drop shadow gone? I don't see a proper border per say.

[REQ] White ICS statusbar icons for CM9

Ok.. ive searched and bought like 2 themes... and still nothing is what i want!
i tried Black infinitum and Holo white... They do give me white icons yes... the theme "Black Infinitum" is the closest ive managed to find
what i want is: 100% original ICS icons in white... not some ugly % battery or another battery!(no offence..) but 100% stock, but in white..
so what im asking is...
Anyone know a theme wich is black/white instead of black/blue? i want it to be 100% the same icons, but in white..

i want this theme but with a white version of the stock ICS battery
he is using the stock icons in white, but the battery isn't stock... its a meter of some sort.. and i don't want that

well kinda i just want the stock ICS icons... but only in white and not blue if its possible to make a flashable zip it would be awesome, or if u could edit the black infinitum theme and PM me it because its donate.. so i guess sharing it here would be.. illegal (i got the donate version)

in his Screenshot he has a circle battery.. this is not stock

Click "custom battery"
Select "stock" and adjust the values to suit your requirements
Upload your framework/SystemUI in the "File upload" tab

i head UOT was bad:/ ppl were complaining about its quality.. or is this not true?

UOT is the most complete self help theming tool around.

EDIT: this is not correct, it worked.. but it gives me the wrong battery icon :/ i want stock ICS icon, not sense icon :/

You wont find stock ics battery icons in white.
There are too many incompatabilities when overlaying the icons with white, you would need to recreate them individually.
Just use the sense icons and rotate them 90' clock wise

Hey guys, I've been looking for a while for a nice white theme for my white SGS3...no luck so far.
When I say a white theme, I dont mean black with white text, I mean white with black or blue or purple text.
An amazing example would be from the Samsung S2x, Master & Slave has a rom called Tuesday with an incredible white theme to it.
Is it possible to port this with the authors permission? Does anyone have a similar theme?

There's one in the play store, he makes pretty good themes; it is paid though, but reasonable in price. Here's the link:

im looking for the same, please let me know if you find a complete white theme. Until then, i found that this rom looked very close to what i was looking for. Many areas of the theme can be tweaked as well to your liking.
