Looks pretty nice, but the specs seem a little behind the current curve. Isn't the S4 going to sport a 5 inch screen with a 2.0 Ghz quad core exynos?

It is the optimus g pro. Not optimus g 2 pro.

Could you ask him why Nexus 4 Kernels boot on the E973 and Canadian variants, but not the USA variants? That would help immensely and would allow us to have cm just like they do. Then, the real work could get started (Sense, MIUI, Blur, Xperia UI, maybe B2G and Ubuntu for phone, and maybe even WebOS). Whatever you guys want, I will work on when we have a stable CM (which I am also working on).

I just started using this and it's really good! Any thoughts or ideas people have with it? Also, is there a way to only disable hardware keys for using with the pie?

Thanks for info on this app! I'm a huge PA fan and they are working on a similar system but only with their AOSP ROM which we don't have yet. This app puts the pie control on my LGOG and with the button lights off I save a bunch of battery! Both devs are now sharing ideas so it should only get better. Everybody should try this alternative to nav buttons.

I don't know why you're saying this but this feature is really easy to port. If LG decidea to update the device, they propably add this feature too

if LG ever decided to update G pro to 4.2, I think it will comes with some G2 features, especially the slide it feature.

I read somewhere that LG is probably going to bring some of the G2 features over to the OG Pro, I can't find the article again though.

OG Pro for S4 trade

I'd like to trade my OG Pro for a Galaxy S4. Do you guys think, from the standpoint of the owner of the S4, this is a reasonable trade?

That comparison was not good imo ......the guy obviously is a samsung fan. Every s4 I have messed with was alright I guess but the lg g pro is a better device imo.... its really user prefrence.

That is a great review! Thanks! Basically the size and display are the only major factors, for me. Is AMOLED ugly at all? It looks nice in the pictures and videos I see. I like the saturated colors; they are more pleasing to the eye, even if they're not 100% accurate.

I want to simply trade. I'm not looking to spend any money, and I don't really need that little bit of extra performance. By the time I'm ready to purchase a new phone, those phones will be considered obsolete haha.

Oh, in my country S4 costs more than G2. S4 cost $570 while G2 only cost $509. Im sorry for assuming you wanted the upgrade hence the pricing here.

There's no need to apologize, my friend. The S4 costs more than both the OG Pro and the G2 in the United States (my country), but that's solely due to popularity.

Indeed, in my country samsung is synonimous to android, so silly.
I went from Gpro to S4 then to G2 and i find that G2 is really worth it.
In comparison to S4, Gpro has a better feeling to it, like u hold a good and solid hardware. S4 is so light and plasticky, feels cheap. S4 took better picture than Gpro but i dont use them much. Personal preference but i go for Gpro again before S4.

Hello all! I have an upgrade the first of next month and I can't decide on the g3, s5, or any other device. Any thoughts?

Screen size and camera are the two major differences I see. If you like a bigger screen size, go G3.

Yup, the g3 def has an awesome screen and the camera seems really decent too, but I saw the new s5 coming out with the 805 processor.. Wondering if I should wait for that

The G2 is great.
