i really love sammy TW and do not want to get off this but really want the nexus lock screen , is there a way to have both?
Yup, download the app widget locker.
It can easily give you cool & great working nexus lockscreen (it doesn't give the lockscreen of nexus 4)
Else,
You can try mods out there on forum.
UltimaROM has AOSP Lockscreen

2. The flashable.zip will replace your current bootanimation.
3. The circle widget and wallpaper chooser will only work if the Razr-M Launcher is set as default launcher.
4. Done Flash the mod, if you want to get the launcher's App drawer has Transparent Background you must go back to CWM again and continue flash "Update-RAZR-M_add.on_Transparent_drawer.zip"
5. How to remove google search widget from homescreen ?., => Using Root Explorer/RootBrowser, go to system/app/ here, delete GoogleQuickSearchBox.apk or QuickSearchBox.apk, and do reboot.
6. How to change to Auto Rotation/Landscape/Portrait ?,. => open Rotation Locker apps , find it on your drawer, and do tap Auto/ Landscape/Portrait.
7. RAZR-M Icon Theme,.see SCREENSHOT-2, go to CWM again and flash like ussual ""RAZR-M_Icon_patch.zip".Done that please check in your SdCard/UniversalFlasher/Here, there will a flashable BackUp.zip of your previous icon, in case you want to go back/restore to your previous Icon, you can flash the backUp.zip through CWM.

Hi thanks for this works very well. The wallpaper and the widget beautiful, the quick settings is useful. I just found a "bug" when I flashed the modded drawer zip.... see black background aeound the icon....Now I will flash aosp and will try on. Thanks again

Try to clear cache, clear dalvic cache, & do fix permission.
Done reboot , do clear data homescreen through Manage Apps

On AOSP works very well I dont flash addon just the main zip and one more thing....in the drawer the font size would be better if it will be smaller cuz if I set the font size in settings to small than my drawer font size will be normal size.

Wow, a few months ago i really wanted this launcher but it wasnt optimised for our phone, and now you made it, thanks a lot! Just hope you fix the fonts soon! Also why isnt the icons themed anyway?
