You need to change the backup location in the TiBu settings so it can see the old ones.
Since 4.3 I haven't been able to use Titanium, mainly because I've been too lazy to look up how lol.

can you attach screenshot of backup/Restore page of titanium backup?
and have you check size of titanium backup folder?
Sir I also had taken a backup from Cwm recovery mode however as soon as I went to paranoid the restoration process showed no files present there.

You don't have any backup on device
Have you wiped device?
I think you have lost all backup when you have factory reset
It is advisable to make backup storage on ext sd card

Go to preference and then go backup location. Then click on detect and search whole device. Once located just Click on it and it will show up on the restore menu.. If you backed up on your external memory or internal memory without formatting it during the installation then it should be there.

Planning to do a factory reset and was wondering which program is best to sync my apps and its layout? I just dont want to redo my phones layout again.
Titanium backup or rom toolbox pro. Both work good.

Both of those required rooting my phone?
Sorry, if your not rooted then maybe try carbon backup. It has a way to backup apps plus data without root. Otherwise to backup the apps data too I'm pretty sure you need to be rooted.

Before I rooted I used my backup pro (but the free one works too) and I would back up apps and data and then install the app again after flash and everything would go back the way it was.

Sup,
I have the latest version and I just can't figure out how to backup my data with my apps... With the older versions it would give me the option, now its just a generic backup... When I went from 4.2.2 to 4.3 just my apps were backed up... Any help is appreciated! Thanks

I think if you enable root in the settings it will backup data with the app automatically. Some other options are es3 file explorer which can also do app + data or nandroid manager which can restore apps+data from a nandroid backup.
Yep, it backs up app data automatically. If you go to App Manager > Batch Operations > Backup, you'll see you can redo backups for new data. I do that every once in awhile.
I've had thus issue since 4.3 too. I choose to backup app+data, then when I restore I only get the app restored no data, tried several times.

Ok this is really bothering me I use TB for my backups for my apps. When I flash a new Rom and I go to reinstall my apps they are not there because you have to do a full wipe when flashing a Rom so how can I flash a Rom and be able to reinstall my apps and games with the data with them. Like games I lose all my saved points

Maybe I'm missing something but I back up my tb on my sd card so a full wipe only effects the internal storage.
When I back up with tb it saves to my internal not my external card I have always used tb never any problems is there a way to back up to my external? So what I did last night is back up my game real racing 3 moved it to my external card flashed a Rom installed tb and it did not pick it up on my card moved back to internal card and it picked it up. So I restored it and all it restored was the app no data so I lost my cars and everything. So I went back to stock cause I made a back up and I have all my stuff but if I want to flash a Rom I will lose my game data

You have to go to preferences and set backup folder to external card. After flashing, reinstall TiBu. Do preferences again, detect whole device, select backup location, say use current folder and you should see your backups.

Yup - MyBackUp Pro OR Titanium Backup for data - Or a CWM backup of everything.
Yes it is. Referred to as a Nandroid. Reboot into your custom recovery CWM or TWRP, select back up, the destination of the back up to internal or external and run it. Hope that helps.

What he said about nandroids. And I like to use Titanium Backup PRO to backup my apps and data. Also, there are many SMS backup apps that don't need root.
