What is the best multiwindow ROM? I'm not the biggest fan of TW but I'll settle if there aren't cm/aosp ones with TW features.

Best rom threads not encouraged. Check modding sections yourself

Easy to find out. Just go into the development section and there's plenty on Rom there. One other section you'll want to look into is the original development...

Ok so you want an opinion eh:
Ok I use Skynote Rom excellent! If your looking for something with everything. Cuz I see you like CM Rom's. Try ProBam, Slim Rom, Carbon, etc... no one will actually know what you like until you try for yourself. That's all we're saying...

If I helped you hit that Thanks button!
There is no BEST. All are. Go to any ROM thread and ask and users there will tell you that ROM is the best.
Best ROM threads are not allowed as they are meaningless since it depends on your preferences, phone, apps, usage, signal strength, etc.

They're all amazing & each dev is super talented so you prob already know you're gonna get a million different responses on this lol. I personally prefer MOAR, but it really just depends on what you're looking for :good:

Mostly because of how much you can customize. Lots of themes and mods included. My battery life has also been amazing with the stock kernel.
I think comparison threads are not allowed.... :/ all of the ROMs are good...

ive been in the developers section......but theres not alot of touch wiz based roms and aosp has grabbed me yet. I was just hopeing to get some opinions and rom suggestions.

CleanROM if you want a very minimized but very fast/smooth and stable stock experience.
SkyNote for a fast/smooth experience while having lots of customization options (clock, notification bar transparency, hold back to kill, etc.) Jedi Rom is also great for customization as well.
jedi, clean, skynote, one of the miui, novella, ultimate, amospherium, hawkish, clearn rom SE, the list goes on and on when it comes to touchwiz based roms..there are even more than the ones I listed..
Ive actually heard of those but I havent flashed all of them. Im actuay hopeing to find a touch wiz rom that has a good bit of customizing
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using xda app-developers app
I wasnt aware that there were more touch wiz roms then the ones you named

They are all good roms and to be honest you just need to try them and settle with one that suit your needs.

jdevil. diaphanes, saurom, jelly thunder...there are more...
the point is there are tons of TW roms, and the only way to know what you might like is to try them..

There is no "best" ROM. All of them come with their own unique set of features and functionality. Try them all out and see what you like But for me personally, my current favorite right now is CM10.2

My favorite us Liquid Smooth. But, CM10.2 is 4.3 and from what I've been reading the camera is fixed. I just like all the options that come with Liquid.

Wicked roms are usually#1
Darthstalker and jedi are also good.
Stock is always solid.

Darthstalker 6 with Ktoonz kernel. No TMobile update can replicate this smoothness.

Isn't this really just a "What's the best ROM" thread? In all honesty...
Well, as all of the above posts are pretty much the reason why these type threads are closed, and "best" or "favorite" generally go hand in hand, especially in this context...
Thread is closed...
By the way, favorite roms = best roms, which are all good depending what you want in them...
hi im looking for the best stock looking rom with the s4 stuff i dont want asop or anything something clean with alittle more.

Message from moderator is this..
Best rom is in the eye of the beholder, "Best" is up to the user and their individual wants, needs, and desires...only YOU can determine what is best based on use and testing.
