[Q] sense 3.5 no wifi and internet pass through

anyone has same problem? all custom sense 3.5 rom installed works fine data 2sd workd fine only wifi and internet pass through problems
any solution ? thxs

I am having the same problem, internet pass through and htc flash light not working.

Try EQDKP Sense 3.5[m1ndh4x8r mod] rom,

[Q] Font size for "Notruf" - "Emergency Call" ?

Hi!
I unlocked, rooted my good old wildfire s and installed Crossfire_v1.0 (its based on EU 2.26.401.3) .
Almost everything is fine, but i like to change the font-size for the "Notruf" / "Emergency Call"-Button.
At the moment it's toooo small.
How can i change it?

I can't find any options within the settings menu.
The ROM is based on the stock ROM (EU 2.26.401.3)
Crossfire has added some nice features:
- Fully Deodexed
- Init.d support
- Int2ext+ enabled
- Adrenaline™ Engine
- Screenshot feature (use power + home button)
- Advanced Power Menu
- HTC flashlight app & calculator widget
Everything else seems to work near perfect.

I'm not savvy with any other ROM other than CyanogenMod, but I'll still attempt to help you out. This CrossFire ROM you've installed, which version of Android does it run off of? Jelly Bean? Ice Cream Sandwich? Gingerbread? I ask this because the three mentioned have different ways of dealing with fonts.

It's based on Android 2.3.5 with HTC Sense Version 2.1

From my knowledge of running Android 2.3.5 (HTC Stock ROM on the same phone), it should include options to change the font size. But I'll take your word on looking thoroughly through the settings menu in order to find your font size settings. With some ROMs, like the one I'm running (CyanogenMod 7.2 (2.3.7)), it may not include it.
I have a program that comes preinstalled on my CyanogenMod device called Spare Parts. Upon searching the internet, I found that it is available on the Google Play Store. It allows me to change the font size of my device. I don't know if it was originally intended for CyanogenMod devices but I recommend you give it a try.

problem after port

hi all
i ported X-STRONGER 6.0 to our device
after the port i had 2 problems
1-i cant connect my phone to pc
2-camera is not working
after some works i solved the problem with the usb
but i need help with fixing the camera

ok i have tested everything in the rom and there are 3 unfixed problems in it now
1-in lockscreen has a little problem(the camera button is a little down)
2-themes are not working(i dont know but they are not working on some other roms for me. maybe its my problem)
3-camera not working

im sure everyone will like this rom because its very fast. i had stable 250-80mg free ram with lupus 480p and 230+ free ram with lupus 720p(and it has many futures)

there were no gallery.apk or gallery2.apk but there was semcgallery3d.apk on both base and port
i replaced it but nothing happened

i fixed the problem of lockscreen
it was a problem with the main rom
he changed the lockscreen app to make a new style but it made that problem
so i changed it with aeonworld lockscreen app and its working correct now
im working on theme manager bug now for 90% i will solve it soon
update:the problem of themes are solved now. so only 1 more bug. the camera

there is and app in this rom named 3d album in this rom
but i cant find it in system/app

You can use catlog app to find source of errors with the camera. I'm assuming that you have checked the permission files in your base Rom to match the ones from the port.

Check in system/etc/permission
Look for any that you might have missed...
Also check in system/lib/hw
Make sure you have a file in there
camera.semc.so

there is no camera.semc.so in both port and base
and no missed permission
i found that there is a folder in system/usr named semc in the rom im going to port but we dont have that on stock rom(and there is a folder named camera in that folder and there are some .dat files in it)

Try using those for the camera.

Some apps r hidden in /system/customization/applications I think, most OEM's put some apps here... Also if running windows do a simple index search for "camera" in most folders or system folder to find it

[MOD][23 OCT]Pulldown Notification Torch With Simplistic Battery % Mod [3.57.401.500]

EDIT: I've re-written this entire post because it got a bit messy and I don't think I explained things very well! Plus I messed up and uploaded the file as an APK and not a ZIP!
I've re-wiped my phone completely because I managed to get it into a muddle! I fully flashed ARHD30.0 & InsertCoin 3.0.5 and I was still getting gapps FC messages and apparently it's a known / common thing so I wiped the SD and everything, allowed Sense to have G+ access and now it's playing nice again! This was without even flashing my MOD! So something went squiffy!
Anyway:
This MOD has been tested on InsertCoin 3.0.5 which is based on the 3.57.401.500 ROM so it may work on other ROMs as well but I can't be certain. I did try this on ARHD30.0 and for some reason when I pressed the torch option it didn't work. Nothing seemed to happen. It could be because /system isn't mounted as RW or the flashlight APK is different or there's a file deny permission to the location where it writes the LED brightness to, I'm not sure yet but will see what it is if I get chance. It works fine on InsertCoin 3.0.5.
All you need to do is download the zip, flash it in recovery and then reboot your phone back into Sense 5.5 for the torch icon to appear and work.
When you pull down the notification tab there's a torch icon next to the quick settings button. You can tap this up to 3 times to increase the flash brightness levels. Pressing a 4th time will turn the torch off again.
I preferred this method because it doesn't just call the HTC Torch application, it actually does control the torch on and off.
I usually run ViperOne but I'm waiting for their sense 5.5 update so decided to throw this together as I like a lockscreen torch type thing!
Usual disclaimer applies, I'm not responsible for boot-looping your phone so please flash at your own risk and make a nandroid before you do!
Please remember to thank me if you think this is any good / you use it! I may change the icon / spacing as I'm not 100% sure I like it at the moment.

I can confirm that the MD5 for SystemUI.apk on InsertCoin 3.0.5 is a match to 3.0.4 so this MOD should work fine on the newest version also. Feedback is appreciated to let me know if it worked alright for you or not!?
Any suggestions or different torch icons / logos are appreciated too if anyone has a better icon to use!

Sorry to hear it didn't work. It must only work on pure Sense 5.5 based ROMs and not AOSP / Hybrid type ones. Thanks for trying and hopefully you have a backup to go back to?
If not you can copy out the SystemUI.apk from your ARHD GE ROM and put it in the zip file from this thread (overwrite mine that's in there) and re-flash and you will have your old one back.

Not sure if anyone is bothered for this but I've updated the style shown in the screenshots in this post. I can provide APK's for ROMs with this mod included and I know why it didn't work on ARHD and possibly stock ROMs etc. You need the following to be run in an init.d script:
chmod 666 /sys/class/leds/flashlight/brightness
I knew it was a permission issue somewhere but didn't look into it till it didn't work on Viper so I wanted to fix it!
Anyway, if anyone is interested post here, and I'll see what I can do. If you want it with the ROMs battery percentage or mine then let me know!

Sir I have successfully installed the ROM "Primou Omega v2.0 - One V - Aosp 4.2.2" on my "HTC one V" but after installing found that "Galary" force closes and also there in no sound in Music Player, Ringtone etc. I have done everything that I could do but did not get the success. Please help me.

Primou Omega for HTC One V--Camera Problem in new Rom version 2.1
Sir now I have installed Primou Omega for HTC One V 2.1 version. Sound is great but this time Camera Apps not shows after installing Rom.
I have used previous Gapps i.e, of 2.0 version. Does this could be a problem?

Easiest solution is to test with a camera app from the play store or a more recent set of Gapps. Just be sure to make a back up before so you can always revert.

Latest update is laggy! Does anybody feels the same?
The Jan 26 update didnt quite work for me. It was laggy and apps were not responding. Switched to the previous version which is fast and smooth.
Try fixing the Ac!d mod and beats audio in the next builds. Without disabling them the music does not play. The lockscreen ring has to be manually adjusted by gravitybox. cosider fixing it too.
Everything else works like a charm. Thanks for reviving Sphongle.
