I just got my Galaxy Note II from Rogers (SGH-i317m)
Which section does my phone fall under? AT&T, T-Mobile, Verzion or Sprint?

As far as I'm concerned, our device whether it be through Telus, Bell, or Rogers is the same as the AT&T model. The only difference is that the AT&T model number doesn't end with "m".

Nope just software. The At&t version is the same as pretty much all the Canadian models
Sorry misread T-Mobile is the same i believe but verizon/sprint have minor differences in the radio

Which S4 should I get? Will the International version of the phone work on T-Mobile? How are the rom and dev supports for each?

I see like 4 or 5 different names for the G3, which is for Tmobile? Mine is coming today so I'm looking into rooting.

It's been rooted in its current state but you're correct it hasn't been released for everyone.

LG G4 h815 on Metro?

I'm thinking about trading my nexus 6 for an unlocked version(i guess?) G4, will it work directly on Metro? Is there anything I should look for to make sure it's not a fake or if it can be locked?
