Smart Stay

I've seen that the SIII ROM has been lauched and allready the S-Voice apk was posted on the forum.I was wondering if somebody has the Smart Stay apk and will it work on the HOX?

I might be completely wrong, just speculating but i think that they would make a feature like part of kernel/ROM so it wont be readily available :/ I hope it does become readily available !!

Yeah i was thinking about that too,otherwise i think that the developers would launch the app allready.

Yeah, I wouldn't think It's just an Apk you can use, It's probably built well into the framework

Guys, you might want to check screebl app in Google play, it does keep screen on while depending on phone's axis orientation.
But yes smart stay is much better Lol.

I was able to install the Samsung Smart View app. I think their new app has been renamed to smart view. I was able to control my tv after installing!!

Newbee......;) to one v and this all... Sorta

Well I just turned 28..... And as a b-day gift my wife and father inlaw got me this phone. I haven't done anything to it yet and I more than likley will do it... Or my wife will. Any way I just wanted to see if any one had some good advise for me or any suggestions on apps, suggestions, Etc....... I really would love to do my own root and installing roms, I still have my old optimus v that is rooted and I can practice on. Thanks to anyone who will help.

and apps are mainly based on personal choices
though after rooting 1st app u need to get hands on is ad free..

really ad free? that is stupid. Lets use an app for free and not support the dev that is offering it to you for free....

About Ad Free, I really don't mind seeing ads in apps, but when I'm out and about browsing the web, I don't like how web pages load much slower, and unnecessary data usage. To each his own, I suppose.

no lyrics in music app

i update my hox to 4.2.2 but i cant find songs lyrics in the music app!!!

Any answer to that problem?

Here is what I found about the lyrics : it's blocked in some countries but it does work in US & Europe so you have to use a vpn program. In my case I used vpn1touch from play store because Tunnelbear is locked in my country..
Now start a connection using US and yeah it's now working no need for more vpn app. It should work forever.

well I am in Sweden and still cant find any lyrics...
EDIT works... not on all sonfg... and in fullscreen mode press "note" in corner. if no note, no lyrics i ndatabase?

Games that work well on Desire

I created this topic to share some games with you guys that work well with the Desire i.e. are not laggy ( or quite playable) and also you could post some games too so we could all try some fantastic games which we never knew about
I will start :
Clash of Clans ( work very smoothly
Basketball Shoot ( very smooth )
Break the Bricks ( very smooth )
Jewels Star 2 ( very smooth )
Piano tiles ( smooth )
Minecraft ( we all know it , but the game is working quite good if we set the visibility from far too near and no fancy graphics)
Thats it for now but I'll add more to that list over time.
All games are played on Evervolv 4.4.4 ROM. Lets go !

What about respawnables i used to play that only small lags I used to play it on gb rom and I uninstalled it long time now I check in playstore and it says incompatible? So can't play it anymore.

Your ROM is incomplete actually if you change it , play store shouldnt say thay then.

Yh it used to work on every other gb rom now I check its incompatible so maybe they made it better and can't support my device cos of hardware, only way is 4+ rom but ill end switching back to GB.

The latest Evervolv Nightly is fast though. Its usable for everyday , the only major issue is the camera I still use it anyway , I like getting new things)
