I have a regular PC downstairs but its a piece, for whatever reason the drivers I have will work to use my phone as storage, and as camera, but that's it, unless I'm on stock 4.1.2, then everything works just fine, don't know why

That just means the time the phone has been on, 43% of it is screen on time, basically, he has has the screen on about 5 hours. That is pretty good imo.

I think it's the amount of power spent by the screen, but not the amount of time. i.e. 43% of power was consumed by the screen while it's on. So it does not show the screen on time.

Not really...it does not mean 43% screen on time, only 43% of battery capacity utilization ....the key factor is discharge rate...when screen is on , battery discharges at a much faster pace, so screen-on time as %ge of the total discharge time is much much smaller ...I don't think above stats would result in more than 1.5 hrs of screen-on time

Nope got error when trying to set up. Not a huge deal like the stock ROM more anyway. Some settings are missing on the other roms. Like the double shot feature in camera.

If you want actual numbers for a decent battery usage, look at my own reports by searching for my posts.
I found the following:
wifi on, screen brightness auto or lowest
1% battery - 4 minutes screen on time
1% battery - 1 hour in standby.

Lol
Back on claks 2.8.1 with data off I would go 30mins screen time = 9% of battery

Auto brightness on

30 min tapatalk
20 min YouTube
20 min phone call
30 to 40 text
15 min browsing time
20 min on twitter
20 min Facebook and what ever else I'm forgetting
Major thanks to task650 and ktoonsez for the rom. these guys know what there doing.
And I am not using any apps like juice defender or any tthing else to help with battery life. I'm just using the crap out of my phone. Not once did it even get so much as warm. I have been around android since the G1. I must say this is the best rom and phone combo as far as battery life goes. That I have ever used.

Generic Battery life
Took delivery of my $3usd Hong Kong Samsung knockoff battery yesterday and had to test it out. Which is pretty good for a knockoff, considering it hasn't been broken in ... The only downside is there is no nfc in this battery.

Lmao this phone wouldn't even last that long if it sad in airplane mode that entire time. Post actual screen shots with the corresponding screen on time, and any other details. Unless you have an extended battery, this phones average screen on time is 3.5-4.5 hours with the best setup. Which means you barely even touched the phone in that 4 days.
It's fishy enough that the screen on bar from that picture is missing..

Gonna have to agree with these two, Don. Unless you have an extended battery on Air Plane mode, the most you will ever see is 2 and half days.

If this is an extended battery, more power to ya man. But that's not usually something to brag about as that's what an extended battery is meant to do lol. If this is stock battery and you someone managed to get 4 days out of one charge and you actually used your phone.. than bravo to you and share your secret with the rest of us lol. But without any hard proof this is just really hard to believe.

This is a team's work. @Shelnutt2 and airk000 have been contributing with me to bring this port to every one.
Instructions
Important step: Make sure you have either a lokified CWM or an UPDATED TWRP recovery before you proceed. If you continue to use TWRP from the old builds, your touch screen might become not responsive when in TWRP. I've build a TWRP 2.6.1.0 recovery that has touch screen support, so you can flash this first, reboot into recovery, and then proceed. You can get that recovery HERE. Do not flash this recovery if you do not have an E980 (AT&T LG Optimus G Pro) as it will brick your device.
Make sure you install this MODEM. Without it, you'll have a phone that never deep sleeps. ever.
Download the latest build from the section below
Download gapps for Android 4.3. I'm putting a build up in the link below
Reboot into recovery
Wipe system, data and cache.
Install CM10.2

Anyone else notice there seems to be no deep sleep with Bluetooth on?
Sent from my LG-E980 using Tapatalk 2
Yes, its a similar big that was on cm10.1. Toggle Bluetooth a few times and reboot. That fixed it for me and my phone was able to deep sleep. Also make sure you guys are using the right modem.

I have already tested this ROM, it works great other than the Camera. I like the AOKP settings better than Slim..did not think that was possible. Great job Sir!

We're working on getting him a device so he can further optimize the kernel, Gpu/cpu oc, init d, create more optimized roms, etc. Please help donate to get him a device. Currently there are only a few testers that can't necessarily test in a timely fashion (myself as I have a family). Any little donation to him would be appreciated to myself, him and this community.
Thank you for everyone who has donated so far.

Add WiFi to the list of bugs. Mine connects and then disconnects couple seconds after. Doesn't reconnect unless I manually go in and select to connect but just does the whole thing again of disconnecting.
Edit: turning WiFi off and then on fixes it. Also upon reboot it reconnects and stays connected.
Edit2: WOW!!! This is the first ROM I've used that deep sleeps from the moment the screen turns off. Trickster mod is reporting that deep sleep activates the moment I turn off the screen. Is that actually possible?

Also, on the WiFi, use advanced options, it fixes it quickly. As far as deep sleep, yes, I am reporting the same. Hats off to @oblikas, he is also great to work with.

Yeah that caught me by extreme surprise.
