Low Space OTA

So I have the OTA and lately its been showing the low space warning when there is clearly 430MB available when I check it. Any ideas on why it's like that, I even moved most of the apps to the SD Card.

What version are you running? You can find that in the About Phone menu.
The low space is referring to the /data/data partition which only has 150 Megs of space. Do you have a lot of apps installed from the market? How about lots of mail?

Well yeah I have a lot of apps but most of them are on the SD card. I'm running the release 2 from incubus?

Same storage format as s3?

Is it formatted the same way, where you have to install games in to your internal instead of the external memory card?

Apps as well. Never owned a Samsung phone before. Would like to move some apps to sd. What gives? How can I get apps to move to sd?

Micro sd cards and installing apps

Sorry if this is a rather silly question. But when you insert a micro sd card into the note, does it simply make your storage space expand from the internal memory, so when you install large apps they share the memory or do you have to physically move the apps across to the card. If you know what I mean

you have to move them

Most apps install in system partition but the data of few larger apps is installed in internal memory like gameloft games or data in android folder.
You simply can not move those files to sd card. U need root access and 'movetosd' app to move system data to external MMC.

Moving apps to SD?

So there's low system storage on this device, and there's not an option to move the apps to the SD card. Is there any mod that will let me do it :/? And btw this phone is AWESOME!

From what I've read that's something with 4.2.2
They use the internal storage as a simulated sd, and the actual sd is a completely different thing, that you apparently can't put apps on. Good for movies, pictures, or any kind of media but it looks like app2sd is dead at this time

Insufficient Internal Storage Space

I know this is not a new issue but I thought with the new android 4.3 update and the ability to move apps to our sd card it would have been a thing of the pass.
I'm on Jovi's 4.3 update and I am not able to download all the apps I want to, ( apps that I had on my s3 no problem) and I am also not able to update a few apps in my play store.
Am I missing something here, is there something I'm not doing correctly?

I had a similar issue I had found that my back up I made in cwm was 4.5 gigs which didn't leave me enough room for apps I moved the file from internal sd to ext sd havent had that problem come back
