the screen is off(BLACK)

hi !!
after the new bootloader from htc the phone open and
after close the screen(only) i put the power putton but
not open, only the down light(4) is on.
please help me!!!

I have problem with a unlocking Bootloader

i follow htcdev.com instructions
But when i try to flash the unlock_token.bin
but fastboot stuck at :
sending unlock_token.bin <0KB>
My phone hboot is :

Explain what you did in detail, otherwise no-one can figure out what the problem is

May be "www dot htcdev dot com/bootloader" help you.
I did all in this instruction and unlock bootloader.
