You said stock so I guess stock Odexed (faster, smaller).
For a Sense ROM (which is what I think you are talking about) I would suggest MikG

www.themikmik.com is where you'll ultimately need to go to get the rom.

*face palm* the OS that originally comes with the phone. For the HTC one V it is 4.0.3 with sense 4 (hoping that is sarcasm I can smell it.. hope the scent isn't false lol)
