It does not have CWM... but you can use the doomlord's way of installing CWM, it's very easy and compatible!! I tried it myself and it has a version for .96 also . Take a look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2302393

It's all in one thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1642480
CWM: you can't install/flash yourself AFAIK, you have to either chose custom kernel with cwm included or use the hotboot method.
4.1.B.0.587 and other firmwares are at the bottom of first post too.
FTFs are there too, aswell as info on various way to root.
This should get you started.
thx but no stock .587 present on this post

Its a users choice to flash whatever rom they choose... Also depends on your model. But if you want a good gaming rom go with something from gb.

will gin2jellybean install "real" jelly bean or it will be based on gingerbread?
and is that good cm-9-20121111-NIGHTLY-zeus.zip ? is that cyanogenmod ics or jellybean ?
jealy bean rims are not completed so if you use ics is better forbyou I think
and for that question you asked answer is yes they are real jealy bean not based on ginger bread
Gin2jb is based on jb but is gb. I would go with ics for best experience

I wouldn't go with ICS on the Play.
Can be slow and laggy but most importantly, you'll lose the use of your gamepad or touchpads in some games.
Not worth it.
I have miui ics with gamepad & touchpads

Not on all games and applications you don't.
Not all games are optimized for play. But the games that are optimized work well with gamepad & touchpads. Ics is better than jb for now.
I've been using ics for a while... Don't think I'll go back to gb anytime soon.

As long as its compatible yes... Gb2jb is gsm...so as long as you don't have a r800x your OK. But remember that you'll have to flash the kernel in flashtool.

Check in the service menu if your bootloader is really unlocked.

it says bootloader unlocked = Yes
Odp: [Q] How to install PAC and CM 10 on Xperia SL?
Try wiping cache/dalvik/system before flashing

Did everything as per the steps...even fixed permissions and format system...but still no success
Odp: [Q] How to install PAC and CM 10 on Xperia SL?
What does the error actually say?

it says "assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device")=="LT26i" || getprop("ro.build.product") == "LT26i" || getprop("ro.product.device") == "nozomi" || getprop("ro.build.product")=="nozomi"
error in sd card..// (status7)
installation aborted

Make a backup from recovery and do a factory reset we'll see if it helps. Also try flashing different rom fxp cm for example.

Is it because yours is LT26ii?
Try flashing nova kernel. Reboot recovery. (don't go into system boot!)
And use twrp to flash.
Or maybe edit the updater-script to your device id?

Ben tell them to remove the first 2 lines in the updater script and put it back into the zip... But flash at their own risk, as it might break something if its not specifically designed for it

I think he can also edit those specific lines in build.prop to fit his model and the put it back into zip.
Sent from my awesome Android 4.2.2 Xperia S via XDA-Developers app
take the PAC and using 7zip edit the zip by removing all the device files. anything to do with get.prop device .............etc. its the first 2 lines. once done should flash without errors
