how to injected Arabic language to my room XXML8 ????

I want it, I want my phone support RTL arabic.. waiting the answer too

where is the language files in stock p350 rom

recently i had going back to froyo stock rom
i need to know the language files
because i want to install
the optmized p350 stock rom in the forum but my proplem that there is no arabic support in that cause of it is a europe edition
right know i have the stock rom and the arabic is included in it
and i want to coppy the language files from this to that
to be having optmized stock p350 with arabic support
