That's normal, certain services are not open to all countries even if your device is a Nexus, Samsung or whatever. New apk will not help. For instance I do not even have access to Google books.

Got it installed, can't tell what's different.

Cleared cache and nothing, the only way is downloading the app and overwriting the existing one, renaming, etc?
I installed it but it still looks like the old version
I replaced the apk in /system/app twice, and rebooted, but still looks as before.
All I have is the new icon and "3.2.0" written in App manager

Uk has the books, apps and games just no movies..which is fine...movies can be gotten from

Version 3.10.9 of the Google Play app is pushing out to phones tonight, but there aren't any major changes. In fact, a cursory glance shows it as basically the same as the 4.2 Google apps version except that now you can delete items in your Wishist and you get a new screen when apps are installing. More than likely there are more behind-the-scenes changes as well.
The apk*is floating around in the usual spots and will install right over your existing Play Store app. Or you can just wait it out and you should see it "soon". Hit the link to get it now

Your new PlayStore 3.10.9 runs on XXLEK4 and I have original color in the apk.
When you make CM Theme in the apk. than become no Color in my XXLEK4.
Okay the new PlayStore runs perfekt and no Problems.
I'm delete the old PlayStore with rootexpl in System/App and install the new PlayStore with Rootexpl in System/Data/app.
Is okay for me

Does using proxy work? If not probably you have to mess with your google account's settings...
For region-restricted apps I think it's better to search the apk and install it manually.

No, you have to look for the app's apk. There is no such thing as US Play Store.
Try using any VPN like tunnelbear;hotspot shield VPN to get us play store instead of ur region market

in Xposed Installer there's an app called ( Play Store Fixes ) it fake the density that is submitted to google in order to make google play store show all apps but it need ur device to be rooted
