Hi guys.
Did anyone try and sucess to mod walkman player on your nexus 7 2013? (this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39451002 ). Then, what rom did you used?
I tried, but failed. It was rom cleanrom 1.5, then cyanogen mod too. When i use walkman player, it cant be acess the enhancement sound and force closes, sadly. Can anyone help me to fix the problem? thanks a lot.
I really really really want it, because its sound effect.

Hi everyone
Recently I flashed CM7 and everything works great exept for playing music. Whenever I play music the phone doesn't let me unlock the lockscreen. The lockscreen comes up, but it doesn't respond to my touching. I've used different music player but that doesn't help. The lockscreen gets frozen.
Im using CM7 with as music player PowerAMP (tweaking the audio didn't help either). I also use Launcher Pro.
Maybe the standard music player from CM7 works better, but I unistalled it..... does anyone know where to find the .apk for that music player?
Another problem is that the time and date always jump back to 01-01-1980 and 12:00. Anyone has a solution for this?

I think the problem is that you uninstall the stock music player.
You can find that apk file from the CM7 zip file which is the whole ROM you have flashed in recovery.
Open the zip and go to /system/app/Music.apk that's the apk
Somehow that apk file isn't in the system/app folder. But I'll look into the .zip file on my computer, maybe it's in there.

Could anyone share the default music player apk or zip for xperia arc S running on Android version 4.0.3.
I had installed the xperia S Music player zip which had beats audio and music player with changing colors, but after flashing the zip through CWM and restarting the phone now keeps saying "unfortunately sound enhancements stopped working" and then the "Xloud" option is not getting selected.
Could anyone help me in correcting this problem or share the default music player zip

I tried to install xperia S music player and in this process I lost all my default sound enhancement.apk and xloud
Could anyone help me in restoring this issue.
Everytime I check the option xloud and navigate to some other place and come back, this option would be unchecked and the sound of my phone has become very low.
Also, sound enhancements are not working., from music player if i try to click on sound enhancements, it says "unfortunately sound enhancements has stopped"
I really am in need of a good working player. Pls if anyone can guide me or help me with correcting this problem

I want to use Sony's equalizer and it's clear bass feature.
Has anyone got this mod or app working?
If so then then you can you confirm which custom rom and kernel you used (and which recovery).
I have the files from another thread. For developers I can link them so that you can try to get them to work on t-mobile version of s4.

It will NOT work or not work properly.
Even with the S3 which the sony walkman mod was made for it never worked properly.
Most of the settings/features did not even show up at all, no equalizer, clear bass and
no downloading of music art/albums from imdb or any other place.
None of the devs ever really completed the ported Walkman mod, all it did was play music
without any of the features which most other music players have.

That's sad. IMO this is one of the most valuable mods for audiophiles. I spend mad money a year on expensive headphones and audiophile music players (I have several Sony walkman lol), etc.
I would have no problem giving a generous donation to something like this. Don't know why it wasn't finished. Maybe I should get an Experia phone.
I love listening to music with walkman. But on android 5.1.1, walkman was force close. So if anyone has mod walkman for 5.1.1 or any equalizer really good can send me? Please!

There is no equalizer in stock music app. That's all. You can use another player app (PowerAMP, etc.) or you can try to install some sound mods (like Viper audio mod), but I've never tried them before, so can't help with it.
