This android version doesn't exist like mr hofs said...nut why on such an old base ? 1.28 is the oldest...lol we already have base number 4.17/18

1.28 exists but not in combination with android 4.1.9. I think you have a fake hox

A FULL picture of your HOX from the front while in bootloader (Power + Vol. Down) is far more useful and reliable source of info.
Android 4.1.9 is non-existent (on any device anywhere ever, except maybe buried in the vaults of Google HQ).
Baseband version 4.0 is non-existent....?
Build Number 4.12 is non-existent....?
That IS NOT a genuine endeavoru international HTC One X with those numbers unless the ROM you are using has altered them, but to no purpose I know of.
I really wanted to look at the picture mate but on the xda app it does not show a picture nor a link !

Ive used a tool to odex my current running rom
Thats what i want to say in the 4th line
And in the first line i mentioned that odexed roms are faster than deodexed

Odex ROMs have their main files moved to another area for faster booting while when you deodex the ROM these files are compiled back inside the APK....
The benefits of having a Odex ROM :
1. More space in "/data" partition.
2. First boot is faster.
The benefits of having a Deodex ROM :
1. You can customize the ROM the way you want without worrying about odexes....

Our WFS has a old processor and so we cannot have ROMs of sense 4 and above..

why? we can.. if devs want...
It requires armv 7 processor and its really hard to port. We had an entire dev team with Ben and Ivan if you remember them try to port it no luck.

that says AOSP, MIUI ROMs are based on sense (except one of them), it won't work most likely. Try anyway
In android development codexc made a zip for sense...so that it will work with sense...
