Just wanted to share this bootanimation for anyone interested.
It's a combination of stock Samsung and Galaxy S II, nothing really special.

To install, just rename the file to bootanimation.zip, push to /system/media and change permissions to match the rest of the files in that directory.

here are some bootanimations i have put together for the eclair roms.
the pics included are one frame from the animation.
these need to be pushed thru ADB.
adb remount
adb push "bootanimation.zip" /system/media/bootanimation.zip
replace the "bootanimation" with the location of the zip file

I just downloaded the file from your post and it works for me.
did nothing more than:
- renamed it bootanimation.zip
- put it in /data/local
- set permission rw-r--r--
Yes I know the file works but do you get the full animation as mine stops halfway

Made this for myself as a replacement for the current CM9 boot animation and decided to share it with others as they may appreciate it.
Installation Requires Root Permissions
Download the boot animation to your SD-CARD
Using a root file explorer, move the bootanimation.zip to system/media/
Reboot and enjoy a simple animation
Created specifically for our screen size of 320x480.

Here's the the wonderful bootanimation from HTC One resized for our device
Download the zip and then by using any root file browser copy the zip to /system/media and overwrite bootanimation.zip and then apply 0644 permission then reboot to see it in action
