I'm on CM 10.2 and want to switch back clean to 4.1.2. Does anyone have the tar file for it?
You can easily flash a stock boot image using the s3 toolkit http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1746665 or you can find the files you need here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1968625

I have a rooted GSM Galaxy Nexus that I want to return to stock ROM and Stock recovery image.
I was wondering if I can do this using Odlin and flashing the Google (yakju-icl53f-factory-89fccaac.tgz) file I downloaded from the Google site? This is suppose to be the 4.0.3 image file for the GSM version and should have the ROM and Recovery images?
I have flashed stock recovery files using Odlin on my Galaxy S2 in the past and it worked like a charm. Just looking for the simplest way to go back to stock.
If the Odlin method will work, do I boot up using the power+volume down key to get into download mode and just select the tar file using the PDA key and flash it? Do I just flash over my existing ROM without wiping?
I haven't used Odin since my fascinate days but you can use fastboot if you'd like, I find it to be easier than Odin.

You can use the TAR file to flash a stock ROM on your phone using ODIN on your PC, with your phone in Download mode. For example, mrRobinson's pre-rooted stock ROMs are to be flashed using ODIN.
(But yes, if you flash a mrRobinson's stock ROM using ODIN [or an original stock ROM], it will overwrite your custom recovery with the stock one, so you would have to reinstall a custom recovery once the rooted stock ROM is flashed.)
I need Stock firmware for SGH-S730M.
I found a stock cwm zip.
But I need odin flash able firmware.
Can anyone have?

You could try the image in Page 4 of the thread below for the Odin flashable *.tar file to get back to stock 4.3 ...

I have, however, always found it is tidier to use (custom) recovery and the instructions in the thread below ...

I am presuming, of course, that we are both talking about the AT&T i747 here.
Anyone know where to get a tar file for the stock ROM 4.4.2?
There is not stock tar ROM for the i747 but there is for the i747m.
Check sammobile.com.
I downloaded the 4.1 one day, then went back and dbl checked...they're gone now. Wth??
I can't flash 747m on the i747 can I ?
Supposedly, you can according to a post I saw from another user but that may have been possible because the other user was using stock att 4.1.1.
