If you don't mind to edit 1500++ png files, why not ?
The only problem, there is no M10 editor for M10 files.

Is there any chance to post the HTC wallpapers / sound themes too? I have a Sense 4 ROM on my Sensation but unfortunately I cannot download officially from HTC the skins / wallps / sound sets
Any posts will be greatly appreciated.

What he said is when the apk is removed you will get a cm9 look lockscreen.
The problem with this is when there is an incoming call you need to unlock first before you can accept the call

For people having trouble with downloads, you almost always have to try it like 3 times to get a successful download.

Please can any one give me matte.apk skin for my htc one V...i cant download it via htc hub...

Yeah, i found that problem as well.
Strangely, they have removed the categories thing in HTC Hub.
Very few apps remain there, compared to before, plus no more HTC Widgets.

Yeah, that s#cks. Hope the reason os that they will update it woth something better... Anyway, can we heat HTC up and share this info of they jist ignored the widgets-I petspnaly liked them a lot, becouse of sense i keep buying htc

Same here, couldn't get it to work in Venom. Supose I have to push or wait until my weekly CM9 is onboard
Edit:
Some reading in the motherlink shows that not everything is working, for everyone

You need to manually 'mount /system" in recovery, this is made for a different device so the partition in the zip is different.
But it doesn't really work anyway...

Here's working google now apk..just need to replace it in system/apps and setting permissions..
Voice doesn't work but everything else does..

I have One X made in china, and i want same app like real. So if a good poeple can send me all app of original one x (browser, musc player...) I thx in advanced. Musta hev your one x root
the folder is /system/apps
and send me all, i take what i want.

If it is not a original one x from HTC (what I understood), those apps won't work. You need a htc sense framework. Or am I wrong, and you've got original one ?

I don't think so. Be careful not to brick your phone. Do you have recovery ? And what's your phone specs? I mean processor, ram etc. Also, is it original one x or not ? If not, there's probably no way for one x kernel to work on your phone

and yes i have recovery.

You can simply make a ROM yourself? Zipalign system apps, add init.d stuff, busy box, remove crappy apps

You can't us a real one x ROM to make a fake one x ROM.
Like I said, first, Do a little searching, and then see which apps from system/app you can remove and then move one to init.d scripts.
It runs android right? And is it rooted?

You can not just copy/paste the system files from One X to your chinese copy. It simply wont work, since HTC made it specifically for our phone.
IF you were to make Sense work for your phone, it would require you to port it and that is a hell lot of work.. I don't even know if it is possible to get working on your hardware, since you have a MTK cpu..

And those are a part of Sense and requires Sense framework. Would require the same thing as I mentioned above.

What android do you have on it? If 4.1, then yes. And for lockscreen, look for widget locker in app store, you can set it to look like HTC lockscreen. For music app, download playerpro and sense skin, or some other player with skins support. Original ones will not work, as they need HTC sense framework, which is only on original HTC

HTC apps ported

Hey, im posting down here cause you guys would probably be the best to ask..
I had a one x (not any more though), now have a nexus 4 and i would like some of the apps - the notes (with widget) and the maps ported to my nexus.. i extracted the apks from the HTC rom but havent been able to install them on the nexus - i tried putting them in system/app as well.. could titanium backup or something work? if so, can someone upload a backup so i can use it?

the answer is simple...u need sense to run any app made for sense..so quit trying..

The apps and widgets require sense framework to be used. I don't think a sense rom exists for the n4.

how did this guy port some stuff to the speria x2 then? i see some framework and supporting files, which could probably be helping run the apps but wasnt really sure

It's not a quick job, HTC seem to have made changes to the kernel to support their Sense stuff (or to prevent it being ported, depending on how cynical you are).

Hidden System UI Tuner/Quick Toggles customization feature

Does anyone know if HTC 10 has the hidden system UI tuner quick toggles customization just like in Nexus marshmallow devices? Cause since they resorted with a stock notification grab, much like stock Android, does it have that or was it disabled by HTC so no quick toggles customization?

if u have the device, you can send me SystemUI.apk, I will mod, then you can compare...it's not a simple flip of a switch, there's some code that needs to be edited

Why don't you root the phone, xposed, then gravity for mm and then tweak the quicksettings?

You'll gonna have to root your HTC 10 and install Xposed framework and the latest Sense toolbox once the one that is compatible for the 10 is out. But for some people doesn't like to root their phone. But if you do decide to, just keep in mind that unlocking the bootloader is covered by the warranty which is a good thing for modders.

I know, right? They wanted it to look like close to stock android, but they removed it. Not a good decision from them to be honest.

For my A9 Sense toolbox does not work but Gravitybox does.
Ultimate solution is to reactivate native quicksettings
