Search in Google and in Q&A section, it has been asked several times. Here for example:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2392936&highlight=dongle
But i've read somewhere that JB 4.3 lacks some drivers and 3g dongles don't work.
This is wrong section, dude. As you marked your thread its [Q], so it belongs to the Q&A section. I don't know why people don't understand this

Hi Everyone,
We got some requests to split this forum up into a WM and and Android section, please let us know your opinion by voting on the poll.
Thanks in advance!
Flar
Hey Flar,
We probably should either do that or simply rename the "General" to Android as most of (if not all) of the latest threads in that section have been about Android. I will probably be a lot simpler to just rename them. As far as the other threads (oder one relating to WM), we can transfer them to the ROM Development section.
But we should definitely do that since the Vogue has been one of the most successful devices for Android porting, so I think it deserves its own section.
My two cents...
Isn't the Touch General section already an Android section?

No, a lot of people still post application-related WinMo support questions there.
It makes sense the General forum should be for stock devices.
They get rapidly buried due to the constant Android activity.

Who uses stock?!?!?
If you have a good set of general guidelines (instruction sets and a good Q&A thread), there is no need for this "General" section.
In fact, that just gave me an idea...

Well, given the choice of "ROM Development" and "General", people put their questions in General.
Renaming the forums to "Touch CDMA Android" and "Touch CMDA Windows Mobile" would be satisfactory.

I think they're not planning to do this until the server upgrade comes in on the 11th.

Well, considering that it is only a matter of renaming the section, I don't believe that there is much to be done in that (especially considering that they have already renamed most sections on the site a few days ago).

nah.....
touch cdma General ---all the stuff that doesnt fit in the below...general questions about the device that are not development related this will clean up the development forums
touch cdma Android Rom Development ---self explanatory
touch cdma Windows Mobile Rom development ---also self explanatory
touch cdma Accessories ---need i go on
ps i vote yes again lol
The vogue and kaiser both need an "Android Development" forum since we are completely running android without windows mobile.
Android dev forum added!
Dear Developers,
I saw already on the several web-pages that Desire does not support rSAP bluetooth profile, but I have not find out why.
Is this a software (firmware) or hardware issue?
If it is a soft/firmware issue, it would be a huge improvement of the Desire if someone would manage to include this bluetooth profile in some custom ROM. Why? Because rSAP profile is used for communication by almost all cars that are manufactured by Volkswagen AG (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat) and also some others. Also, rSAP should be more friendly for your health, as the car's outside antenna is used for making calls and therefore the radiation is lower.
Moved to Q&A as not development
Dear Admin, I assumed that in a general section, no one will know the answer, therefore (and taking into the account that it is a development issue/challenge) I posted in development section.

Unless you've actually developed something it doesn't belong in Development. Questions regarding development doesn't belong in Development either. It's as simple as that. Your post will be moved.
That said. Good luck.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me the differences between the SGH-T889 (T-Mobile USA Version) and the Unlocked International versions, GT-N7100 and GT-N7105? I'm not really sure (other than the obvious about one being unlocked and able to use with any carrier and one being specific to T-Mobile) what the difference is between the three and benefits of one over the other? I'm in the USA, so I was wanting to know which would be best for USA compatibility. Thanks!
yeah this is confsing me as well. whats the difference between 7100, 7010 etc
best,
Sir no reason to double post threads, and questions belong in the Q&A section. Thank You and moved.
And Sir, maybe this can help, Google took me HERE

No, I had already found that. I want to know specifics with apps pre-installed, bands availability, etc. Thanks, though!

all the answers are on google. pdadb.net is a good place to see the differences. the only hardware differences are the radios. so check out that site.

Thanks! Hadn't come across that site in my multiple searches. Just what I was looking for!
All the threads in here seem to be about the N5100.
Is there no development to allot rooting or custom firmware on the SGH-I467 or SGH-I467M versions? (AT&T/US & Rogers/Canada)

No, Not Currently. It just isn't attracting devs or that many users for that matter.
ps. reported this post to be moved to proper forum section.

Shame... AT&T is slashing costs on it, and is actually sellign a decent number. It's also popular in Canada.
And... Samsung has released the kernel source code for the device as well...
And... it's so similar to the GT-H5120.. only the radio/bands are different...

Hi!
I'm looking to buy Note 8. Now the question is.. with LTE (i467) or NO LTE (N5110) ? Seems that N5110 have a lot of things working on!
How come there is no Developpements on NOTE 8 AT&T LTE
Also LTE version is 149$ more expensive.
I'm still undecided.
JmCourir
See this thread for some progress being able to root and load clockwork recovery onto the SGH-I467M.

Hi and welcome to XDA. Unfortunately you've posted in the wrong section, XDA is divided into sections for each device and this is the OnePlus One section. I'm going to get one of my colleagues to move this thread into the Note 8.0 section for you so that other people with the same device can help you out.
Just for future reference you can find the Note 8.0 section here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-8-0
You'll see it is divided into different sub-forums, the q&a section is where you'd normally ask a question. No need to start another thread right now though, just standby while we have this thread moved for you.
Oh tq..
