Hello all,
This is a framework mod for CyanogenMod 10.1/10.1.2 that replaces the default Holo theme gradients with a flat color system wide.
I have made this mod and decided to share it with others like me who like the stock theme the best but dislike the gradients (color banding). :highfive:
Download from attachments.
How to install:
1. Boot into recovery
2. Wipe cache and dalvik cache
3. Flash "Holo Flat.zip"
4. Reboot

I just tried reflashing it, worked fine, what recovery do you use?
I'm using ClockworkMod v5.8.4.0

TWRP... Flashed my ROM again,,device is fine... Would also try reflashing the theme again..

Being lazy updating this Mod, So for now their will be only one type. Will start with CNA Rom and will add other Rom's by time.
This Mod will wipe any other Mod you have installed.
Installation:
1. Backup your phone.
2. Flash from CWM

Works with Liquid Smooth Beta 2 - only reason I won't continue using it is it replaces my 5 button navbar with the stock 3 button arrangement and I can't change these back from the rom settings.
Great concept though.
I'll flash CM10 to have this mod! Man, that's amazing!

If you talking about CM10 then yes it's should work but backup your phone first, and zipthemer? i'm not so good with zipthemer

Don't think so, i used AndroidME CM10 source code
So when ever I flash this, it'll put me in bootloop and wont even let me boot at all. EVen after clean wipes of Rom

Just flash it from CWM (Rom Manager)
Does this Mod work with other CM10 Roms?
The answer is No. This was build from Official CM10 Maguro Build, If you like to try it go ahead but most likely you will get Bootloops.
Like any other Mod/Theme, Backup your phone first.

If you are using Official GNex CM10 then you will not get any bootloops .. worst case it to wait 30s then phone will boot-up

You will get bootloops man, this Mod will change your framework-res and systemUI.

I'm surprised you got that far...left mine booting for 20 mins...stuck. So i reflashed latest nightly (31/08)...

I had problems with this before using vicious cm10 toro, but now i dont. Thought it would have bootlooped but it didnt. Great work!!
AOSP BROWSER IS HERE
installation instructions
1-download the zip file and flash through recovery
2- go to settings/applications/all/browser and wipe data or you will allways get forceclose

Ofcourse AOSP browser allways supports flash
Make a backup before flash and only flash it if you like the aosp browser style

that is not needed just sync now through google account as when you clear browser's data the bokmarks ,history etc are wiped

Yes you can but be aware it will remove stock htc browser

tried that one yesterday and same thing force close
I do like the AOSP browser more than any other browser! The problem I found with installing it on our device is that you have to sign back in to Google every time you exit and go back to use it next time! Has any one else suffered this and is there a way round it?

You can try push Vol up + Home + Power reboot into recovery, select backup and restore -- delete backup file.
Your phone's internal storage may not be enough free space.

Fix permission on stock odex rooted was not fuctioning....it will hang and need to force restart to reboot system.....anybody else had this issue?...tq

I can't get it to work. I'm using AOKP latest, I've flashed in cwm, wiped cache etc. I also tried the custom boot animation zip option in ROM control within the settings.

You know what would be really cool? If in the bootanimation, instead of saying Google it said "S3 Mini" or "Galaxy S3 Mini" or something along those lines, could you do that Benz?

I'm using light by somin rom, and somin is using this boot animation, and he changes the 'GOOGLE' to 'S3 mini'. So that's cool !
