for an expert devs...please do not spam on thread, try to be nice like DoomLoRD, Ganeshbiyer, Niaboc79, Letama,
they are big name in this industry, but they were never ever spam on any single noob/pro rom thread

Yes... Edit some parts blackzax7 to black96i, it doesn't matter though, you can install it without editing...

Replace META-INF 96i by META-INF in blackzak7 and everything will be OK .

This file ( Black96i_XAZ_2.zip ) has been removed because we have received a legitimate complaint and/or determined that the file violated our Terms of Service

One important thing,some people asked about advanced volume for .196,i can confirm that now,it doesn't have any advanced volume mod for.196 so this ROM doesn't have it,too.Don't try to flash advanced volume mod .200/.211 ,it won't work,i've tried and had to reflash framework.jar to fix it

Theoretaclly I can.
But there are so many roms out there that usually theme the SystemUI.apk and the framework-res.apk I cant mod them all.
The guide I linked shows how to add to any aosp/cm9 based rom.
You can ask your rom developer to check it out.

As Tungstwenty has done a great job to fix the Camera + Video issue on 4.0.4 with non-stock kernels, I believe more and more customise 4.0.4 rom would be released very soon.
Thus here I'd like to share with you the package and some screenshot about lidroid 15 Status bar toggles for XWLPM which is built according to the framework by lidroid & the guideline by WanamLite, believe someone would need that before JKay supports XWLPM.
BTW, please note the followings about the package,
1. Please flash the package with CWM, and the SystemUI.odex would be auto removed when flash the package.
or you can unzip it and copy the apk files to your system manually with RootExplorer and change their permission code to rw-r-r.
(QuickPanelSettings.apk, SystemUI.apk to /system/app and lidroid-res.apk to /system/framework, do remember to remove the /system/app/SystemUI.odex if exists.)
2. The SystemUI.apk is deodexed with Simple Chinese language.
3. It's with Numeric battery.

Hey, i flashed your mod wiping cache and dalvik cache, but the notification bar dissapears (can't even use the notification bar), when i start into the rom ( I have siyah 3.4.1 and the stock xwlpm rom).

I use always temporary cwm - this metod is functional always (gingerbread, ICS 4.0.3, 4.0.4) from here . I go to orig samsung recovery then I choose apply update from external storage. Then i choose CWM.zip (downloaded here ) and wait until CWM recovery appear. Then i make root or backup,restore or install lidroid 15 Status bar toggles for XWLPM (4.0.4) etc.

you can restore back your old system ui by going in to sdcard / universal flasher / and here u have your backup

Buddy this mod is only for custom/deodexed roms , if you go back to recovery mode and then search the universal flasher folder inside you will find a flashable .tar file , select that and you will be back to the orignal systemui

Hello people , i modified the framework-res.apk of the Cyanogenmod 10 ROM to make it have dual panel view in the settings like in the Paranoid Android ROM.
I made it at first for the unlimited xperia project ROM but since it is based entirely on CM10 it works on CM10 too

okay here is the flashable file for .55 but i didn't tested it so make a backup before maybe
edit : link removed because seems to not working.
Install xposed and you have these paranoid android like dpi/layout settings for any rom.

But if you change dpi only in build.prop from 320 to 192 you apply that dpi settings to whole phone...
I don't thing that could work.
You'll get dual view in settings but messed up home screen.

as I said before in his thread, just install the xposed framework and you can apply this to any android 4+ rom without the need of modifying system files
