How can I tell if I'm on lte

I'm in New York City and used to get 4g service. How do I know if I'm getting lte
Service? Is there an indicator? Thanks

you had wimax 4G. And yes if you have the setting to connect to LTE turned on, you'd see it say 4G instead of 3G, if you have LTE service.

Phone not picking up WiFi signals

Hello I need help when I turn WiFi on my galaxy s3 it picks up no WiFi signals it scans and pick up nothing can anyone help me please thanks

Tethering while on phone call

Anyone experience the issue where your on the phone and your tethering and the speed drops damn near to 56k like?? But soon as I hang up it speeds back to mbit speeds... And while on call it's 4g... Off it goes to LTE.. But I used to get very nice speeds while on call..

I have high and stable speed while on call, I haven't experienced it.

My phone does the same thing even when i'm using the usb to tether and talk.

It's because VoiceOverLte doesn't work. When a phone call is made or received it will switch to HSPA+

Thing is it never was like that, I had superior speeds while on call... Now if I receive a mms photo or tether everything is slow..

In the screenshot thats not the International data icon. Samsungs Actual "4G" does not look like that.

Volte, non stock kernels cause them to show up. Check the kernel thread and you will see same question asked dozens of times.
