There was something like this cyanogenmod 7 theme chooser, realisticly I can't see this happening. Unless someone made a sticky thread in xda I dought anyone would have the patentince

have you checked out liquid? they recently added a theme manager. I'm not sure how it works but it's worth a look.

I hear it works better with DSP managers.
In any case, I don't think Apollo works with music on your Google account (music has to be stored locally). Makes it pretty much useless to people who only stream with Play Music...
I think this Launcher is the best on the nexus 4

you can use a cm 10 themes but it ends there the htc launcher does not support anything without the framework
Requires sense framework, and that's proprietary and you can't port that.
